Lily's POV

It was awkward since staying at Brent's house. It felt nice but it was too weird to live with a guy you barely know and when you don't know if your wanted there or not. He didn't exactly say anything. He just walked out and brought me something to eat later.

It's a Friday and Brent was in school, at least that's what I think. He came in, this morning wearing a v-neck shirt with a armless navy blue leather jacket over, with regular jeans that hung low in the back but not to low, just enough to see a bit of his boxers. He also had a bandana wrapped around his wrist, it stood out more than needed to me. I wonder why? *shrug* I guess he thought I was sleeping so he decided to pick up the mess around me. It was kind of obvious that I was awake, I mean I was practically waiting for him to notice. It looked like he was in a hurry because when he was about to walk through the door he got a call, he said something about getting it ready and he would be right there before he ran out, but not in a bad way he seemed pumped up about it.

I was just sitting on the same bed from yesterday. I looked around wondering whether anyone lived with him. I guessed not because it sounded like the house was empty and nobody came in or out. I saw a picture, turned down, in the table next to me. When I picked it up I saw a picture of Brent with an a middle aged couple, most likely his parents. He looked a lot like his mom who was absolutely gorgeous, she had green eyes and wavy brown hair that fell to her shoulders, other than his eyes which were deep like his dads.

I opened my eyes slightly and looked at the time, it was 3:30. I slept for about 2 hours. When I woke up I heard talking outside my door, it sounded a bit far but enough for me to know it was more than just two people. I heard about four different voices, all guys. Then I heard Brent, he sounded happy, it sounded like they were drinking? What?! Then again he was a bad boy and most teens our age drank but not me, definitely not me. I had tried a drink when I went to a party with Brandon but that was the last time, I was weak when it came to drinking.

I waited a while since I couldn't get up, let alone go outside.

"Chad, don't go in there" Brent said when I heard the door open, a guy walked in which I suspected was the 'Chad' Brent was talking about. He has blonde hair with light blue eyes, he looked sturdy and turned back to look at Brent when he called out to him. Brent didn't say anything so Chad let himself in and noticed me. I was still wearing the button up shirt from that night. He looked up and down at me.

"Who's this" he directed his question towards Brent not taking his eyes off of me.

Brent had still not said anything and I was getting nervous. Three other ,handsome, guys walked in looking confused. Brent was now standing in front of my bed with the guys one the other side, in front of the door staring at me! I had now had it, why wasn't Brent saying anything? I waited and waited for what seemed like forever until I broke the silence.

"I-I'm lily" I said sheepishly, the guys looked at me surprised but all smiled in the end.

"Nice meeting you, I'm Chad" he introduced himself not that I needed it.

"Jake" the one with brown hair and green eyes said with a slight smile

"I'm Jeremy" the black haired and brown eyed guy said

"and I'm Zach" the one with brown hair and hazel eyes said

"I don't suppose you met her at a bar or anything considering the bandages, so what's the story" Zach asked looking up at speechless Brent at while leaning against the bed.

"Well.. " he looked at me and continued "I found her injured outside, she's my neighbors niece"

They looked surprised but not as much as I expected, they were quiet for a minute or two and Chad looked at me then sat next to my legs on the bed looking down.

"Do you mind telling us what happened?" Jake said, I know he didn't mean it in a harsh way but it just came out that way.

"Jake!" Chad scolded

"Sorry just curious"

"Sorry Jake isn't the best with words" Jeremy let out

"It's fine" I tried holding up a smile, which ended up awkward.

"Can you guys leave now" Brent said a little annoyed

"But I want to get to know lily better" Chad said in a whiny voice but still sounded cool, as he gave me a smirk which made me blush a little.

"Out" Brent pointed to the door. They walked out all giving me little smiles on there way.
