Flameburst flew to Kaon with Optimus and Ratchet driving below her. "What is she going to do?" asked Ratchet
"She's going to fight for her leadership" replied Optimus.
They arrived at Kaon but in particular they arrived in Kaon's main pit, the pit Flameburst fought in. she saw Predaking messing around with some old weapon that at one stage belonged to a gladiator who died in this very pit. He was showing off to a bot that looked like he may have been a gladiator himself, yet he looked familiar. "Predaking!" called Flameburst. He instantly turned around to see his opponent. "Time to meet your match" said Flameburst. The bot Predaking was with –Megatron, who no longer led the Decepticons, now had an Autobot symbol on his chest and was now silver and red instead of silver and purple- told Predaking to make a deal with her so he did. "What do you want?" he asked
"To do what I should be doing, LEADING" replied Flameburst
"If you win you lead the Predacons, if I win you become my mate"
Flameburst hated the thought of being controlled by a male. She was too young as well. But it was a fair deal and accepted it.
The two started to circle around the pit. Optimus and Ratchet took a seat in the balcony beside Megatron. "Why does she look familiar Optimus?" asked Megatron trying to figure out how her voice was so familiar. "Maybe because she battled Predaking before" said Optimus.
As Optimus said this Predaking heard so that was her he thought interesting. The two ran at each other, heads down. They locked horns and went around in circles. Predaking backed her in to a wall and broke free and charged once again. Flameburst dodged, and Predaking hit his head hard against the wall so hard that the balcony above now had a massive crack in it. He transformed which wasn't his best idea. Flameburst wrapped her tail around his ankle and dragged him in to the middle of the arena. He was barely conscious. She grabbed his shoulders with her front claws, and rose up. She spun three times in the air and dropped his husk. Now Megatron knew who she was. When he fell, the impact was so great that dust and pieces of metal flew in all directions. She landed softly in the arena and placed her front-right claw on Predaking's chest. She then whispered in his audile "I don't want to kill you. I NEED you in my clan. I need a second-in-command. You've put up a strong fight I need that in my right hand bot. so do you surrender?"
"All... hail..."
"It's Flameburst"
"All hail Queen Flameburst"
Skylynx and Darksteel had walked in during the fight. And were astonished to see Predaking surrender. As Flameburst stepped off Predaking and he turned in to his beast mode, Skylynx and Darksteel ran down the different levels in to the arena and the three bowed to their new queen.
