- Julia Kirigiri's POV -
- May 5th -
- Interpol HQ -

"Autumn's... leftovers have been taken care of, as well as that crazy mansion Q found." M began with his briefing.

"L-Luckily, none of us got to see that first hand..." N stuttered, "... but we couldn't find anyone to contact in terms of family. Q said that we should just drop it..."

"I have a feeling that he knows more than he lets on," I suggested. "Even Autumn seemed to know him. If he wasn't so stubborn, then he would tell us... I'll try my best to get this information out of him."

"Don't push him-!" N reminded me. "If he doesn't want to say, then that's his business... b-besides, it's not like he'll come back to bite us."

"We have more important things to worry about. D, I believe you have other things to attend to." M told me. I simply nodded in return.

I waved goodbye to M and N and headed to Q-Branch. Even though N had warned me against pushing Q, I still wanted to see him.

Unfortunately, Griffin seemed to have the same idea. He was already bugging Q about yesterday's events.

"So, what reeeeaaally happened between you and Autumn? You totally know each other!" He annoyingly demanded. "Even L seems... off when she heard about it!"

"Griffin, leave the matter alone. He simply must've gotten all of that information when he hacked us." Q told him. "Now... leave me so I can finally be at peace."

"He's right, Griffin. Leave him be." I walked up to the two of them, making sure to shove Griffin a bit. "Q, I want to talk to you privately..."

"P-Privately?" Q's face flushed a crimson colour. "R-Right-! Griffin, get out of here immediately. Go see N or something."

Griffin sighed, rejected again. "Y-You'll want me around some day..." He muttered as he wandered off.

"So, what do you want to talk about?" Q smiled at me. "I-If it's about Autumn, I'm sorry, but I really don't know anything..."

"... I don't believe that, Q. But... I won't push you. As long as you promise to tell me later." I smiled back at him, knowing that he'd do anything for me for... some reason.

"Uh... alright, fine. It might be a while, but I'll tell you when I'm ready." He began, "It's just something that I never wanted to bring up again."

"Thank you, Q... but for now, we have to get back to work." I grinned, "I hear there's a very interesting case that was just given to us..."

A blonde haired woman scowled at the latest news report. The plan had failed. What's more, a crucial piece of evidence was left behind.

"M-Mom, are you okay? I know your husband-"

The woman shot a glare towards her assistant. "Silence! I told you not to call me by my business name around here!"

Her assistant nodded, half scared to death. "Y-Yes... Luna..."

"That stupid boy of mine better not spill what that idiot husband hinted at." She huffed. "He was always a smart boy... but not to worry. If he comes here with that silly Interpol of his, we'll be prepared."

The woman smiled at the ring on her finger. It was of a moon, which represented her organisation: Moonlight.
