As soon as I was going to knock, the door opened by someone from the inside.
Then my eyes landed on hers.
Those eyes that I have been missing looking at them. Those eyes that have been avoiding me like the plague that I couldn't catch a glimpse of them except when she is paying attention in the classes that we have in common and she can't realize that I am looking at her.
But that's all I have been doing in those classes that I have been taking with her. Just watching her the whole time. That I might be failing but I don't care.
I messed up big time and she can't forgive me except when she knows the truth.
Its so hard seeing her but not able to talk with her, not even a single word can be exchanged between us anymore.
It's also hard knowing that she is in the same place as me but still can't take a glimpse of her.
And that's all my fault.
She hates me now.
She despises me.
And I deserve it.
I don't know how long I have been looking in her eyes, lost in them.
But she snapped me out of my thoughts when she nodded her head as a greeting way without a smile and I guess if it wasn't for Lindsey's presence she wouldn't acknowledge my existence. Then she left out of the door without a single word forcing me to step out of the way to let her pass from beside me.
It broke my heart feeling her so close like that but not able to touch or hold her.
It's torture.
She didn't even bare standing in the same room as me.
I took a deep breath as an attempt to release the painful thoughts and feelings but I guess it was no use. The heartbreak is already too deep.
I entered closing the door behind me.
"That was pretty thick tension right there!" Lindsey commented as I took a seat in front of her desk. "You didn't tell her yet I assume."
"No I didn't and I don't think that I would ever be able to do it. You know how much that will break her heart." I sighed defeated.
"I know but I also know that she is a strong girl that has faced so many hard obstacles already so she would be able to get through that as well with you by her side now." Lindsey spoke smiling and I nodded giving her a sad smile." I mean just try and tell her soon because she has a right to know."
She has always been good with advice, since I was young she would always tell me what to do. Even if she is a gang leader but she is not that ruthless except when it's needed and she is wise and smart as fuck.
I guess perks of being a high school principal and gang leader at the same time.
"Anyway what was she doing here?"
"She and her friends want to take part in the street fights and car races that we organize." She explained.
"And you said yes!?" I asked hoping for the opposite.
"Yes, why wouldn't I. They are Boss men Jason and she isn't the old Mia that you once knew and used to protect.."
"But..." I tried to reason.
"With no buts Jason. I know you care about her and want what's best for her but if I said no to them they would look for others and them being near us better than strangers so that we would be able to protect them as they are from our gang but they are just indirectly associated with us."
"Fine. You, as always have a point." I said in defeat.
"And that's why I want you and the boys to protect them with keeping their identities hidden. You know how many snobs would jump on the chance to kill them as soon as they know they were in Boss gang." Lindsey stated lifting her brows as a warning.
"Yeah, don't worry I know and you didn't have to tell me that. I was already going to keep an eye on them," I said nodding my head.
"Yeah, I know you would.." she said smiling cheekily. "So what brought you here?"
"I wanted to discuss something with you about the mission we have after school and you know there isn't enough time to wait.."

"So how did it go?" Damon asked while we were driving out of the school's parking lot towards our home.
Jass had a date with Adrian today so she would come tomorrow as it is weekend.
"It all went well as expected but as we already agreed we have to keep our identities hidden and try as much as we could to hide our faces. I don't know how but we will figure it out later." I informed and they nodded as I was in the backseat. "so anyone came up with names?"
Damon was really good at racing, scratch that he is a pro, he never lost a race.
while Jane always loved to just sit in the passenger's seat enjoying the thrilling car ride. She also took part in races sometimes and Damon in fights but his speciallity is racing. Jane thought about taking part in the fights as well bu she always said she wanted to keher face pretty and empty from bursies, unlike me who doesn't give a shit.
I on the other hand liked fighting a lot because it always took my mind off things and it helped me to let off some steam.
"Thunder." Damon snapped excitedly.
"What?" Jane asked.
"My nickname for the races.." He clarified." Thunder."
I hummed."don't know why but I guess it suits you. It's good."
"Just good?" Damon scoffed. "It's pretty sick dude." He said excitedly hitting the steering wheel softly as it's his precious baby.
"Geez!" I rolled my eyes.
"I like it!" Jane exclaimed." And I will be Thunder's girl." She stated clapping her hands in excitement.
"You already know it gorgeous." Damon flirted winking at her.
Yeah just forget about me in the backseat..
I am a third wheeler as fuck!
"Geez watch the road Damon I don't want to die yet!" I huffed."And Jane please don't distract that horny piece of shit while he is driving."
"Jealous much?" Damon teased looking at me in the rearview mirror.
"Disgusted much?" I snapped back lifting a brow disgustingly.
"So what about you Mia? What's your nickname?" Jane asked turning to look at me.
"I don't know..." I said honestly thinking about it.
Jane hummed while thinking.
"What about Warrior?""Warrior?" I repeated lifting my brows, trying the name on my tongue.
"Yeah. You have been through a lot and didn't give up. In fact, you fought till you had come stronger and stood against any heartbreak or danger. You crossed so many hard phases alone and took many hard decisions alone as well so in my opinion, you are a warrior." She explained and I loved her more than before. That's a true friend right here pals who get me.
"Yeah, I agree with her. The name describes you perfectly." Damon agreed."My girlfriend is a genius." He complimented making her blush slightly.
But I wasn't focusing on them right now. I was processing what Jane said and suggested.
Warrior?
I guess she has a point after all.
"Okay, Warrior it is!" I informed making up my mind.
Hope this name brings so much success with it.
Hmmm..
Warrior.
I already like the sound of it.
