Chapter 20

April got woken as her body collided with the floor. She groaned in pain but not because of the hard impact the wood had on her body but because of her sore muscles which hurt with every move.

"Holy shit." She huffed and pulled herself up, holding onto her bed.

April found herself dressed only in underwear and the body on her bed as well. "Yo." She reached over to wake the blonde.

She had not one single clue why Arizona layed beside her and Addison dont.

"Not yet Callie!" The blonde mumbled back.

April looked around the room only to find it empty. No one else but them was inside. She strolled over to her bag to get dressed in shorts and a simple tank top.

"Wheres Callie?" Arizona got fully woken by her now and sat up.

"Good question. I dont know where Addie is." Jidging by the sun shining into her room it must have already been about midday.

Arizona slipped from the bed. "Clothes." She mumbled and April handed her some from herself.

"We gotta find our women." The redhead searched for her phone but couldn't find it.

The blonde nodded and got up once she was done. "Do you smell that?"

April stared at her as she realised the smell of very delicious food in her house, causing her stomach to grumble.

"Lets go." She nodded at Arizona and they both made their way downstairs, following the scent.

The smell lead them both outside into the big garden where they were greeted by her parents, her sisters, Addison and Callie sitting by the table.

"Look whos awake!!" Alice giggled as she got up to high five her sister.

"Party tiger!" Kimmie and Libby mused from beside her parents.

April wasnt really sure what was going on. She only remembered bits and pieces from last night.

Callie and Addison had both a rather big smirk on their lips.

"We heard you had a long night, honey." Her dad was amused as well and she assumed he already heard about it.

April strolled closer to the table, lead by her hungry stomach. Arizona was right behind her.

"Wheres my birthday kid?" Her grandma appoached her from behind, pulling her into a hug.

"And you must be her girlfriend." She smiled at Arizona, hugging her as well.

"Uh..actually..I..." The blonde stuttered.

"Thats Arizona, my best friend." April informed her grandma and lead her to Addison who got up. "Thats my girlfriend."

"Ahh!" She hugged Addison, cupping her cheeks to look at her. "You fit her a lot more." Her granny chuckled.

April and Addison shared a look, smiling.

"Can we eat?!" The redhead sat down beside her girlfriend while Arizona joined Callie.

"You have a lot of things to tell me." April whispered to Addison, still very confused about everything.

"You need some alcohol?" Kimmie asked her sister, offering her a beer.

April shook her head immediately. "No thanks." She glared at her sister and Addison stroke her thigh amused.

Arizona and April ate so much like they never did before, stilling the grumbling in their stomaches.

After lunch her family had a nice conversation going on with Addison. Her grandma and parents really started to like her.

April shifted over to Libbie. "You gotta help me." She whispered and the girl leaned in to listen. "What happened?"

Libby hesitated before whispering back. "We ate lunch."

The redhead rolled her eyes and smacked her shoulder as her sister laughed. "What do you mean?"

"Why did I wake up with Arizona and where have you all been?"

Libbie glanced over at her and shook her head. "I dont know."

"What?"

"I have no clue, I was drunk as fuck. I only know bits and pieces."

"Who knows?"

Libby shrugged. "Maybe your girlfriend?" She had a grin on her lips which told April she would rather not ask Addison about it.
