Friends? (Chapter 3, Taken)

(Nobody's P.O.V)

Soundwave had an idea, a stupid idea, but Yin might fall for it. "Yin... I saw something unusual, in the forest.." He said to her, leaning closer, almost whispering, "I know it sounds weird.. but I think I saw.." Soundwave was right in front of her now, "A giant.. robot.." He then sat back down in his chair, looking for a response. Yin went pale, had he seen the Autobots? This was amazing! Wait-no, it isn't! "I..." Yin was speechless, was this good or bad? "Heh.. have you been drinking too much cider?" She laughed, changing the subject yet again. By this time, Soundwave was mad, but didn't show it. He had to think of something, then he had another idea..

Soundwave grabbed Yin's hand and ran out the door. The waiter yelled at them for not paying, but they couldn't hear him. It took him a while but he finally stopped where Yin had seen the dark colored Cybertronian. "It was here, I saw it here.. you have to believe me Yin.." he said, trying to convince her. Yin had tripped halfway into his sentence, he turned around and kneeled down to her height. Yin looked up at him and realized he looks so much like.... wait......

Flashback

A robotic-like creature stared back at Yin, kneeling down on the grass. It's face seemed to be covered by a visor of some sort. It's colors where black and purple, a menacing combination. It looked confused and intrigued by the human. It leaned down to have a closer look at the humans. Yin was shocked, she had never seen anything like it, she leaned over to touch it. Miko suddenly grabbed Yin's hand and ran.

End Of Flashback

Yin got up and backed away slowly. Soundwave noticed this, and was confused at first. "L-listen, tonight was fun and all, b-b-ut I should get going..." She awkwardly smiled and waved as she turned around. Then it hit him, she new. He looked around to see nobody else, and turned off his holoform, revealing his real form. Soundwave then bent down and grabbed Yin. "H-hey, let go of m-" he squeezed his servo around her body tighter, so she wouldn't talk loud enough for people to hear. He transformed into his jet form around Yin, so she would land in the drivers seat. Yin was thrashing around, trying to get out, she yelled and screamed, "N-no, stop!" Soundwave grew tired of this very quickly. He played a recording of Megatron's battle cry, which made her scared. It was a quiet rest of the flight back to the Nemesis.

(Soundwave's P.O.V)

When I got there, Yin was asleep. I transformed into my cybertronian form and held Yin. What would the Deceptions think? I must figure out an excuse for leaving so late. I walked into the empty med bay, Knockout and Breakdown must be busy. I looked around for suitable living quarters for a human, and found an empty energon cube. I put small metal slabs on the bottom and on the side of the cube, so it would have walls and a floor. I picked it up and placed Yin in it, then hurriedly walked toward my office. I placed Yin under my desk, and began deleting the med bay security camera's recording of me.

(Yin's P.O.V)

I woke up in an uncomfortable position, my back aches.. what happened? Where am I? It's dark.. all I feel around me is metal. I suddenly feel an intense amount of movement, and fall on my back. I look up and come face to face with a black visor, I try to back away but my back hits the wall. It reaches in and grabs me, I try to get free, but it tightens it's hand around me like before. "W-what are you..?" I say, scared. "Sounders?" It played a recording of me saying it. "Y-you're... Soundwave..?" It- or, well, he nods. I opened my mouth to say something, but I just couldn't. Soundwave placed me down on his desk, and continued typing on his computer. I looked around the room, everything was huge! I crawled over to the edge of the desk and looked down, there is no way I would survive that fall.

When I looked back up at Soundwave, he was staring at me. He tilted his head, like he was confused. A smiley face appeared on his visor, and he picked me up by my hoodie. He then placed me in front of him, me facing the screen, and continued his work. A few minutes of silence later, I decided to say something, "uh... Soundwave.. w-when can I go home..?" He stopped. He looked down at me and his smiley face disappeared. He then typed something on his computer and pointed at a line in English. I looked up at it, it said "Sorry Yin, but you can't leave. You might want to get comfortable. 🙂" I can't believe this, "H-how could you just say that and act normal? I have a brother to get back to!" I said, clearly angry. Instead of a smiley face on his visor, it changed into a frown.

He typed something else on his computer, and it's a lot. I started reading. "I said I'm sorry, anyways, I'll grab your things from your room and place in the empty cube so you can feel better here. I have researched what human females need to live. Don't worry though, nobody will know where you are. 🙂" I just couldn't believe this was really happening. What would my brother back home think? I sighed, and looked down. Soundwave noticed and put his hand in front of me, was he telling me to get on? I hesitated, but got on. He lifted me up to his visor, and showed me the smiley face again..

After what felt like forever, he got up and put me back in the small room under his desk, he then left out of sight, and I sat down. It's dark in here.. I don't like the dark..
Maybe Miko will come for me.. until then, I'll just have to wait.

(Soundwave's P.O.V)

I got up and left Yin in her new room. I'm going to ask Knockout for a spare rag for her, of course, he won't know why. I have to make up an excuse for it though, he might ask me. I was almost there when Starscream called out to me from the other side of the hall. What does this idiot want now? "Soundwave, I need you to figure out what Megatron and Arachnid are doing, and quick! She might be plotting against him.." I knew he was making excuses to get rid of her, but I have to follow orders. I nodded and walked off.

When I got to the med bay, Knockout greeted me. "Soundwave, what'ya in for?" I pointed to the small cloth on the corner of the table and pointed at me. "You wanna borrow that old thing? Why?" I played a recording of Starscream yelling "WHY WONT YOU AT LEAST CLEAN UP?? IT'S DISCUSTING IN HERE!!" He laughed at the recording. "Alright, alright, you can keep it. You owe me though." He grabbed the cloth and handed it to me. I walked back to my office and looked under the desk, Yin was asleep again. I placed the rag under her, I hope it will hel- Wait. No. I cannot get too attached. Information is what I need. Why do I keep straying from the mission? Is it her? No, it must be something else..
