When I walk to my bus to go home I spot Daniel. "Hey Cara," he says and I smile at him. "Get away from me," I say joking and he just laughs. He wraps his arms around my neck, "Stop joking" he says and he walks me to my bus. At first, I don't think much of it but I notice that people began to stare at us. Then my mind starts to run a mile a minute, 'what if people think we are dating?' , 'what if Alex sees?' Why am I thinking about Alex at a time like this? I try to casually let Daniel know that I don't see him in that way, "Daniel, your so weird. That's why I don't like you" I say but he manages to convert the conversation to me. "That's a lie because if you didn't like me then you would have pushed me off a long time ago," he said and I had nothing left to say. I couldn't just push him off, that would leave him confused about how I feel about him. I just let him walk me to my bus and when I get to the bus I say thanks. I get on and I watch him through the window. All his friends including Jack walk up to him, I watch their lips. 'Are you guys dating?' they ask. I never see his response.
