It's no surprise if she tried something. She's planning something, but what? I will find out and I will confront her about her plan. I scan the area looking for her in a fine for standing with Tiffany talking about something. I walked over. "Beth!" I yell out and she turns to look at me. "Cara! What a lovely surprise" Beth said.
"What surprise? I'm Sasha's friend, of course I'll be here"
"What are you talking about?" she says
"Have you forgotten my warning?" I ask
"Hi, Cara!" Tiffany says cutting me off. She smiled he fake smile.
"I don't know what you two are planning, but if you try anything you'll live to regret it" I say and walk off.
I could have sworn I heard those two big men by me. I choose to ignore it. I start to hope that she doesn't do anything and even if she did I'm totally prepared for it. How much damage could she do? Am I right? All I can do is warn her, and watch her safely from the other end of the room. My eyes follow Tiffany as I watch her begin to flirt with other guys at the party. The poor girl has some bad taste but who can blame her if she's never gotten any attention from any guys. I don't need attention and I don't want attention because I have a boyfriend. I never wanted attention to begin with. I start to think about, I didn't tell him that I went to this party so I begin to check my phone to see if I have any messages.
Sasha walks up behind me. "Who are you messaging?" she asked
"No one"
"Liar"
"It's no one- really"
"Your boyfriend?" she asked teasingly
I stayed quiet and a shocked expression ran across Sasha's face. "Omg! Cara! You have a boyfriend! How long!?"
"It's really not that long. A couple of days actually"
"When were you planning on telling me?"
"I wasn't trying to hide it but telling you never crossed my mind"
"What are you so busy with that you can't even plan on telling me something like this?"
Beth is what made me so busy. Waiting for her to do something is what made me so cautious. Soon Sasha was asking me a bunch of questions like, 'What's his name?' and 'Can I meet him?' I didn't give her the full answers she wanted because I was distracted watching that. That made Sasha really annoyed. "Why are you watching Beth?" Sasha asked
"She came to this party to try something. I know it"
Suddenly I see Beth on top of the table calling for everyone's attention.
