End of Pride Month

End of pride month today! I'm glad that it is a more accepting society today and people are able to love whoever they want. Love is love, no matter the gender.
I know that not the whole world is accepting, but lots of people are.
The LGBTQ+ community is amazing. Every person is special in their own way. These people are so strong for standing firm in believing who they can and cannot love.
Also the trans community. I'm really happy that people can change their gender and sometimes not get judged for it. These people are being who they were truly meant to be and have the courage to change their gender to what they truly feel is right about themselves.
Gender queer people also share this courage of not staying silent and being who they feel is right.
I'm really happy that these people can live their best lives out in the open and be who they are. There is still some prejudice against the LGBTQ+ community, but those people need to learn that it's not their choice to be the way they are. People don't choose to be gay, lesbian, bi, etc., it's who they truly are, and they can't change it even if they tried. And also, people say it's against God and such, but isn't God supposed to love everybody unconditionally, no matter what? Would Jesus call a gay person a f*ggot loser? I don't think so.
Plus, this is a more modern age. I don't think every rule created by Jesus applies today. Like with some rules about crops and stuff. And with some other religions as well, not all people are catholic, but there might be some similar things in your religion. (I'm ok with any religion, I'm not prejudiced)
In conclusion, I would just say that people should be able to show who they wanna love out in they open and have the same rights as straight people do in matters of PDA and not getting tormented for it. I mean, c'mon people, does it really matter who others love? They're still the same person and it doesn't matter who they love. It matters that they are there own, independent, person, and can still be normal despite their sexuality. Even though it's the end of pride month, I think that the LGBTQ+ community should still be recognized in daily life. And pride should not just be shortened into just a month.
Now, I'm gonna do what my_gay_moms_brittana did (sorta, and sorry if this kinda makes me a copycat) and state 10 amazing LGBTQ+ people (cuz I'm too lazy to do 30). I'm not rating them or whatever, just stating them.
1. Joey Graceffa
He came out in a really creative way and him and his boyfriend Daniel both show pride in who they are. They don't hide who they are, and that's incredible and takes a lot of courage.
2. Tyler Oakley
Yes, another YouTuber. He is an outspoken LGBTQ+ adversary and even started a YouTube series where he discusses LGBTQ+ related and creates an environment where people are safe and accepting. Go Tyler!
3. Chris Colfer
He portrayed Kurt. His portrayal made many more people accepting of gay people. Plus, Glee helped him come out. Now that's amazing. And, who doesn't love him?
4. Dot-Marie Jones
And back to the Glee cast. I love how on her Instagram she always posts pictures of her and her wife. She is a kicka** woman. Honestly.
5. Shane Dawson
He's bi and he's hella funny. He's amazing, I will fite if someone doesn't like him. (Jk, jk. I would just be pissed)
6. Keiynan Lonsdale
He's a very powerful activist and always wants people to be able to love whoever they want. He creates music videos to contribute to it, and honestly, HES SO GOOD AT SINGING AND DANCING. And he played Bram in Love, Simon, one of the coming-of-age LGBTQ+ movies.
7. Alex Newell
She is so amazing, has a powerful voice, and faces her insecurities and doesn't care about how people look at her (probably sometimes; everybody does sometimes)
8. Kevin McHale
He just recently came out, and I'm so proud (with a lotta other people as well who are proud of him). He found the courage! Good job Kevin!
9. Connor Franta
He's so proud of his sexuality and is outstanding. He's so freakin AMAZING.
10. My friend, (insert friends names here)
I love you and I am so proud that you are accepting yourself. Being who you truly are is important, and it is amazing that you figured out who you are and are not ashamed of it.
Anyway that was my speech/rant on pride. Hope ya liked it. #Pride🏳️‍🌈
And idek what my sexuality is anyway. Sometimes people are just confused. Like me.
Love is love.
Til next time- Hannah❤️
