Chapter 31:

                              
Ashton's POV-

                              
"Well, here we are!" I exclaim as I pulled the car on the side of the road and put it in park. 

                              
"Thanks again, Ashton, you have been really nice tonight" Lauren says smiling over at me. 

                              
"Oh it's been fun. Except for your crazy ex boyfriend" I say and we both chuckle. 

                              
"Yeah, except him" she adds

                              
"Well maybe we can do something else together without him trying to kidnap you" I said with a laugh. I could tell Lauren didn't find it amusing and I quickly apologized. 

                              
"But I'm serious, I want to get together with you again. You know catchup on life" I say seriously. 

                              
"Yeah, that would be fun" she says and smiles at me. 

                              
"You have a beautiful smile" I think to my self. 

                              
"Thanks" she says. Wait did I say that aloud. 

                              
"I should get going" she says. Damnit! I probably scared her off. 

                              
"Yea, wouldn't want your parents getting angry" I say hopping out of the car and running to her side. I open her door as she steps out. I close the door behind her. 

                              
"Thanks again for everything, Ashton" she says leaning up agains the car door. 

                              
"Oh no problem. I'm just glad you are ok. After school tomorrow, I can take you to the doctors" I offer. She shakes her head. 

                              
"My mom will probably take me... That is if I tell her" she adds. 

                              
"Why wouldn't you tell her?" I ask. 

                              
"I'll go on my own. Thanks anyways though Ashton" she says. 

                              
"Please let me take you  I want to." 

                              
She sighs, "ok fine. After school."

                              
I smile. "See you then?"

                              
She nods and we go silent. 

                              
I decide to do what my heart is telling me to do, and to ignore all the comments my brain is saying. 

                              
I put my hand on cheek and pull her towards me as I connect my lips to hers. 

                              
Judging by the way she doesn't move away, I'm getting the idea she likes this. 

                              
It was a long, passionate kiss and I loved every moment of it. Then I slowly pulled back. 

                              
"Woah" was all I managed to say. 

                              
"I'll be looking forward to tomorrow" Lauren says and goes under my arm, that was placed on the car while kissing, and she walks inside her house
