Yoongi was the whole reason Baby joined Bighit, she even use to sit on the floor as he played music in the studio, or in the dorm. She definitely was in love with him, and she still loves him differently to how she does the other members.
As she grew, Yoongi's feelings became conflicted, until he realised he did love her. Sadly, the two mutually decided (without even discussing it) that they could never enter an official relationship, as Baby had already been in a relationship prior that didn't work out or to her idol lifestyle.
He often teases her for her height, saying things like 'at least someone is smaller then me'. He protects her with his life, and vice versa.
