Bts' Baby Faces Backlash After Announcing Lesbian Drama

Baby gets an immense amount of hate/negative comments after confirmation of her participation in a lesbian online drama. She has lost 1 million followers on Instagram. She did disable all comments on her instagram posts and deleted her solo twitter account.
Baby even said herself that she made a decision that could ruin her career, it seems that is what she has done.
Bighit entertainment has come out saying that they had no part in Baby getting a part in the drama, and that they had prompted her not to. They also admitted that Baby did not sign the 7 year contract, that the other members did.
Baby has been pulled out of the nominations, for mama, in the category best female artist. Multiple upcoming solo events have been cancelled for the idol. It seems no outlet is on her side.
The other members have not come out and said anything about this either.
It also seems the drama isn't Korean, as it is actually based in Thailand. Much like the BL shows there. Baby is fluent in the language as well. The director for the drama is the same person that directed Thai BL dramas in the past.
Baby is rumoured to be making an official statement later on about this.
The real question is...
Will this be it for the Kpop idol?
