I came out wounded, bruised and scared

I came back weaker but wiser than before.

It was a colourful year, lots of red ,blue and grey.
But you presented me other colour too.
Yellow, green, pink and rainbow.
I learned to love them and that is because you showed me,
through red, grey and blue, how precious they are.

You beat me up so bad
I actually screamed out for someone to save me.
And thank you my twenty,
You actually send them.
And they helped me to restore my faith.
And they saved me.

You were such a roller coaster.
It is so weird that after saying
the same thing
on my birthday for so many year, but,
Twenty , after you, I learned
to have a different emotion when I say
'I survived another year of living' .
I say it with happiness now.

You had been so bad to me.
And you had been so good to me.
You took away so many things from me.
I have nothing left
But the word 'hope' that I am yet to learn the meaning of it.

Tomorrow I will laugh and smile even if I cry today.
Or even if I cry tomorrow, I will laugh and smile the day after.
Or even if I cry for another year, I will find the days that I am able laugh and smile anyway.
Because that is what you taught me.
