Chapter 11: Old Crushes

(1 Month After Harry Getting Hit By A Van)

Evie's POV:
Me and Ben were in the throne room with Ben's parents because Ben's old childhood friend, Dallas, is coming to Auradon for a whole 6 six months. Then, he'll choose to move to Auradon or stay at Bookington High. Ugh, that school is the worst!

Luckily, Dallas isn't like that. Ben says the guy is great, once you get know to him. Dallas' parents are King Derek and Queen Odette, but his mom is also known as the 'Swan Princess'.

I see Dallas walk in with his parents either side of him, King Adam says whilst going up to Dallas for a handshake, "Well, Finally the boy of the hour." They shake hands and then king Adam shakes hands with Dallas' dad. Belle hugs Dallas' mom whilst me and Ben go up to all of them.

Dallas hugs me then pulls away. I shake hands with his dad and hug his mom. At the end I go next to Ben and hold his hand. Belle says, "Well Dallas, Ben and Evie will show you around."

Myself, Ben and Dallas leave the throne room. We show him the hallways, classrooms, dorms, fields etc.
Dallas says, "Thanks guys for being so nice!" Ben replies with a smile, "No problem Dallas." I smiled, "I have an idea, Ben why don't we introduce Dallas to our friends?"

Ben nods, "Sure, why not?!" We walk out to the field to see all of our friends sitting and talking at a table. Mal is the first one to notice us and waves, "Evie!" Everyone turns to us but when Paige turned around she turned straight back, maybe she knows Dallas?

I go sit down on Mal's lap before Ben speaks. Ben says, "Hi guys, this is Dallas. He'll be here at this school for six months and he's an old childhood friend of mine."

Dallas' POV:
I gently waved at Ben's friends. Ben said whilst pointing at people, not in a rude way, "This is Mal, Jay, Uma, Harry, Will, CJ, Carlos, Jane, Gil and Paige." Each one of them said hi or hey to me.

I already know Paige, we've known each other for 10 years. But for two of those years I had a massive crush on her, I still do my it's much bigger. But I don't know if she likes me back.

I sat down in by Paige, her face was blushing so much, that could mean something. Uma asked me, "Right, lets play 20 questions!" Ben told me it was their FAVOURITE game! So of course I was excited to play. Uma asked Mal, "Mal, if you could take someone to DisneyLand for a day who would you take, one boy and one girl?"

Mal replies, "Easy! Evie and Jay." Then Mal asked Carlos, "Carlos, if you could swap bodies with a girl, who would it be?"  He asked, "Can I choose Jane?" Mal shook her head, so he thought then said, "CJ." CJ asked, "Why me?" He smiled, "Cause then I get to see your secret drawings."

Carlos asked me, "Dallas, if you could have someone's hair colour  for a day, whose would be?" I look round then I reply, "Evie."

We carried on playing the game and we found out that, Mal loves raw veg, Ben hates lemons and Harry has never painted in his life.

Then Ben got a text from his dad, "Guys my dad sent me something."
He stood up and read it out, "Ben, tonight there is a royal dinner to celebrate Dallas, King Derek and Queen Odette coming here."

Ben carries on reading, "The people who are attending to this dinner are: Myself, Queen Belle, Fairy Godmother, Jane, A boy of Jane's choosing, You, Evie, King Derek, Queen Odette, Dallas and a girl of Dallas' choosing."

Jane's POV:
Ben looks at me, "Jane, who are you bringing?" I smile, "Carlos." He hold my hand. Then Ben asks Dallas, "Dallas, who are you bringing?" He smiles, "Paige."

I see Paige's eyes widen whilst Gil rolls his eyes, jealous much! I smile so much and start stomping my feet. Paige says, "Dallas, can we talk." So they walk off. Everyone stares at me and Uma asks, "What's up with you?" I reply, "Right, Dallas and Paige have known each other for 10 years and five of those years Paige has had a crush on Dallas however he left on the day she was leaving I told him that Paige had a crush on him and he told me that for two of those years he had a crush on Paige."

I carry on talking whilst looking at gasps, "After Dallas left Paige was sad for a few weeks, a few days ago before Dallas came back to Auradon I heard that he was coming here so I texted him and asked him if he still fancied Paige and he said yes, but the five months after he left Auradon, Paige didn't fancy anyone else until she met Gil and you guys know the rest."

This dinner is cause three things, drama, heartbreak and choice making. However, if something happens to cause this, everything is going downhill from here...
