"Being put on the block has definitely taken its toll on me," Kaytelynn said in the DR with tears in her eyes. "I'm trying to you know, keep myself together but like being nominated week 1 for personal reasons is just not how I want to go out," Kaytelynn said emotionally wiping her eyes in the DR. "You okay?" Ramses asked as Kaytelynn shook her head as he hugged her. "I'm sorry for crying all over you definitely not how I wanted to start," Kaytelynn laughed through her tears. "You're fine girl, you're fine. I get it being nominated right off the bat is tough," Ramses told her seriously. "I'm not just going to crawl up into a ball and die. I'm here to fight and that's what I'm going to do. I just need to you know let the emotions out, ya know," Kaytelynn said wiping her eyes. "Absolutely," Ramses said. "Seeing Kaytelynn getting so emotional, my heart breaks for her, especially knowing how much she loves the show. We've had so many great talks about Big Brother and just seeing her this broken down makes me so sad," Ramses said in the DR.
The next day the houseguests went inside and saw slop. "So walking in from the backyard and seeing the slop waiting for us. I'm like nooooo. I'm already on the block I don't also want to be a have not, you know?" Kaytelynn giggled in the DR. "Have nots baby. Have nots," Paul clapped. "As Head of Household, I must choose the first 5 have nots of the summer," Cody read. "Greattt," Kaytelynn muttered sarcastically. "The have nots can only eat slop, must take cold showers, and will be sleeping in the most painful have not room of all time," Cody read as Kaytelynn made an unsure face. "So for this punishment I choose... any volunteers?" Cody asked as almost everyone stayed silent. "I'll do it. I gave everybody hell all week so..." Josh said raising his hand. "I'll do it," Ramses said also volunteering. Jillian held up her hand to also volunteer. "Anymore volunteers?" Cody said. "I'll do it," Paul said. "Okay and I need one more," Cody said as he pointed to Kaytelynn. "You'll be a have not," he said. "Alright I guess," she shrugged. "Ughhh the last thing I wanted was to be a have not. I mean the slop I can deal with but I have no idea what the room is going to be like plus I don't do well with really cold things and am hypersensitive to them so I'm definitely not going to be enjoying my life as a have not this week," Kaytelynn said shaking her head in the DR.
"One more thing for the first time ever, the have nots will also be tempted this summer. Head to your bedroom to find out more," Cody said as the have nots made their way to their room. "OH MY GOD" The houseguests called out when the entered the have-not room which looked like a bed of nails. "The have-not room looked super uncomfortable. I literally have no idea how I'm going to sleep but hey all in a day's work right?" Kaytelynn giggled in the DR. "If you thought it was hard to get a good night's rest sharing a bed try sleeping on spikes but there may be a way to escape this punishment if you give into temptation. On the wall of your bedroom are two colored spikes. One of these spikes contains the have not escape which frees the owner from being a have-not for the week. All you have to do is be the first have not to the diary room during the week and say you want to claim the key. Only one have not may claim this temptation each week. Once you have the key choose which spike to unlock, you may only open one so choose wisely. But open the wrong spike and you will earn the have-not extension which will add an extra week onto your have not stay. So think long and hard before giving into temptation," Paul read. "You've really outdone yourself Big Brother," Paul said shaking his head. "So there is a way to get out of being a have not but it's a risk. You have like a 50-50 shot of choosing the right box and quite honestly I'd rather just take my chances this week than try and press my luck," Kaytelynn said in the DR.
Later that day Paul came outside with the key. "Hey guys I've decided to take the have not temptation," Paul said as the houseguests headed inside with Paul to see what the result was. Paul went for the orange box and got the Have not escape. Everyone cheered for Paul glad for him that he was no longer a have not.
All of a sudden during the middle of the day the houseguests heard a hissing sound as they were called into the living room. "Houseguests, prepare to tempted like never before. A new passageway in the Big Brother house will lead you to the next big twist of the summer, the Den of Temptation. Each week America will vote to tempt one houseguest inside the den," Cody read. "Ohhhh" the houseguests said as Kaytelynn looked surprised. This could definitely be a good thing for her. "If the temptation is accepted it will unleash a consequence on the house," Cody said as everyone looked stunned. "One by one everyone will enter the den where they will be told in secret if they are being tempted or not," Cody said. "I'm going to throw up," Elena said. "Oh my God," Paul said. "Wow," Josh agreed. "Once America has chosen a houseguest to receive a temptation, they will not be eligible to receive another. Feel free to move about the house, when it is your turn you will be summoned to the den. Good luck," Cody read.
"Oh my Gosh this twist could quite possibly be my saving grace. Like if America votes for me depending on the temptation I could definitely be safe for the week. What the other houseguests don't know was I have a fanbase behind me from my Idol days. I'm just hoping my fans can come through and tempt me this week," Kaytelynn said in the DR. All of a sudden the voice called "JESSICA" as Jessica's eyes grew wide. "You may now enter the den," the voice said as Jessica headed into the den. "So all of a sudden this demonic voice starts calling people into the den. It's definitely freaking me out but hopefully in the den awaits something good," Kaytelynn giggled in the DR.
"KAYTELYNN" the voice called. "Okay that's not scary at all," Kaytelynn laughed. "You may now enter the den," the voice said. "So I'm finally called in and I am literally praying that I got this temptation. I mean look at the week I've had, targeted by Cody, I'm a have-not, and being up on the block. I'm just hoping I either get the temptation or that it goes to someone who'd be willing to keep me around," Kaytelynn said in the DR. Kaytelynn then entered the Den of temptation as she opened an envelope with her name on it. "Sorry, Kaytelynn but America has chosen not to tempt you this week," Kaytelynn read "Wouldn't be the first time America didn't vote for me," Kaytelynn said jokingly as she left the den.
Shortly after everyone entered the Den of Temptation the snake sound played as the houseguests made their way to the living room. "They just blow up the name of the person," Ramses said shaking his head. "Yeah just like immediately exposed," Paul laughed. "Oh my Gosh. It's been taken I mean seriously I know it," Jillian said. "The temptation inside the Den has been accepted," the voice said as the houseguests didn't seem surprised. "But a consequence will be unleashed on the house in due time," the voice said. "Ohhh" the houseguests said. "But be warned the next time you are called to the den you should all be very worried," the voice said as it laughed maniacally. "So the creepy satan voice told us the next time we will be called into the den that we should be worried but I mean I'm already on the block and a have not what else can they throw at me at this point?" Kaytelynn said with a shrug in the DR. "I think Kevin got it," Jillian said as the houseguests laughed as Kevin shrugged confused. "I'm telling you two people know I didn't get it. Me and the person who got it," Kevin said seriously as the houseguests laughed again. "That was good," Christmas smiled. "That's a fact," Kevin nodded.
