"A sign from above, a snake in the grass, and a hex that could change everything. It's the summer of temptation, what were you expecting? Welcome to Big Brother!" Julie said as a recap began to play. "Good evening America, I'm Julie Chen and welcome to Big Brother. It's been another explosive week in the Big Brother house. Kaytelynn as HOH, originally put up the duo of Alex and Jason but when Jason won the veto Kaytelynn had the difficult task of figuring out who to replace him with and ultimately decided to go with Raven, the dance teacher from Arkansas, as a pawn to get her true target, Alex out of the game but as we've seen before pawns do go home what will happen tonight? Let's find out," Julie said as the video began after the veto meeting.

"Welcome back to Big Brother, tonight the den of temptation comes to an end but its effects could last for weeks to come. So, whom did you America vote to receive the halting hex?" Julie asked as the video began as the houseguests were called once again into the living room. "Houseguests it's time to return to the den of temptation," the voice said as it laughed as everyone sat down. "America has been voting all week to tempt one of you houseguests inside the den of temptation. One at a time we will reenter the den where we will be told in secret if you are being tempted or not. And remember if the temptation is accepted it will unleash a consequence on the house. As you were told the den of temptation is only open for 3 weeks so this will be your final trip inside, good luck," Kaytelynn read as the other houseguests clapped. One at a time the houseguests were called into the Den of temptation.

Kaytelynn then entered the Den of Temptation for the final time. "Going into the Den for the final time is bittersweet. I'm definitely hoping America decided to give the temptation to me or one of my allies this week. I'm just praying to God that the other side of the house won't get the temptation," Kaytelynn said in the DR as she then walked inside to see a book waiting there for her. "No freaking way," Kaytelynn grinned as she then read the note. "Congratulations Kaytelynn, America has chosen to tempt you with the Halting Hex. Accept this temptation and the Halting Hex will allow you to halt one of the next 4 evictions. If you or any ally is in danger of going home, you have the power to stop the live eviction, unleashing the halting hex before the live eviction begins," Kaytelynn said as she shook her head in shock. "Oh my Gosh thank you America," Kaytelynn said excitedly. "You may use the Halting Hex at any of the next 4 live evictions but it may only be used once then it is gone forever. But remember every temptation comes with a consequence and while the halting hex could change the course of your game, accepting it will change the course of the entire Big Brother game," Kaytelynn read. "Holy crap...." Kaytelynn said shaking her head.

"So I'm faced with a huge decision. If I accept this temptation who knows what curse will be unleashed upon the house but if I don't and my game is in jeopardy, I wouldn't have the chance to save it," Kaytelynn said in the DR. "You know what...I'm going to accept the temptation," Kaytelynn grinned as she sequeled nervously. Kaytelynn then opened the book. "The graves position is on the block. But there is a way to halt the clock. Say the spell and you will hex it. On eviction night there will be no exit. Repeat these words 3 times...Halting hex rise eviction night dies," Kaytelynn said shaking her head. "Holy crap this is such a huge advantage to have, thank you so much America!" Kaytelynn grinned as she then left the den of temptation.

The houseguests were then called the living room as they all sat down. "The temptation inside the den has been accepted," the voice said. "Ughhhh" Elena complained. "And this consequence will affect the entire house. You will learn more in due time," the voice said as it cackled. "So, Kaytelynn has accepted the temptation of the halting hex which could change the course of the game within the next 4 weeks. But will she need to use it? We will soon find out what will happen, stay with us," Julie said as Big Brother took a commercial break.

"Welcome back to Big Brother it is now time for the live vote and eviction. Alex and Raven are on the block but with Kaytelynn's halting hex in play anything could happen tonight. Let's talk to the houseguests," Julie said as she then appeared on the TV. "Hello Houseguests," Julie said. "Hi Julie," the houseguests grinned. "It is now time for the live vote and eviction. Alex, Raven in just moments your housemates will cast their votes to evict live but before they do you each have one final chance to sway their votes with one brief statement, Alex you're up first," Julie said as Alex stood up. "Houseguests, you know me, you know how I play this game. I appreciate that you all kept me in last week and I hope you will do the same tonight. I'm not the enemy here. If I stay in this game I promise you I will be loyal to the people who voted to keep me, thank you," Alex said as she sat down. "Thank you Alex, Raven it's your turn," Julie said as Raven stood up. "Y'all I just want to thank you for being so supportive of me and my story. As you know this month is gastroparesis month and I want to raise awareness for this serious disease I've lived with. I hope you all vote to keep me because I've enjoyed my time here in the Big Brother house and I don't want to to end tonight, thank you," Raven said as she sat down. "Thank you Raven, thank you both. It now time for the live voting to begin, Kaytelynn, as current HOH, you are not allowed to vote, neither are the two nominees. One at a time the rest of you will head to the diary room and cast your votes to evict and Paul, you're up first please head to the diary room," Julie said as Paul made his way to the diary room.

"Paul is in an alliance with Raven but has decided to secretly work with Alex, where will his vote fall?" Julie asked as Paul entered the DR. "Hello Paul," Julie said. "Hi Julie," Paul said. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Raven," Paul said. "Thank you Paul," Julie said as Paul left the DR. "Jason is tightly aligned with Alex will his vote be to support his ally?" Julie asked as Jason entered the DR. "Hello Jason," Julie said. "Hi Julie," Jason said. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Raven," Jason said. "Thank you Jason," Julie said. "Thank you," Jason said as he left the DR. "Jessica has made it clear that she wants to work with Kaytelynn and Kaytelynn's side of the house wants Alex out will she follow through with the plan?" Julie asked as Jessica entered the DR. "Hello Jessica," Julie said. "Hey Gorgeous," Jessica smiled. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Alex," Jessica said. "Thank you Jessica," Julie said. "Thank you," Jessica said as she left the DR. "Kevin has cast two mystery votes so far in this game but what will he do tonight?" Julie asked as Kevin entered the DR. "Hello Kevin," Julie said. "Hi Julie, how are you doing tonight?" Kevin asked. "Very well thank you, please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Raven," Kevin said. "Thank you Kevin," Julie said. "You have a good night Julie," Kevin said as he exited the DR. "Christmas is close to both Kaytelynn and Paul but with the power struggle going on between them who will she side with?" Julie asked as Christmas entered the DR. "Hello Christmas," Julie said. "Hi Julie," Christmas smiled. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Raven," Christmas said. "Thank you Christmas," Julie said. "Thank you," Christmas said as she left the DR. "Dominique has been at odds with Paul all week will she take this chance to take out his secret ally?" Julie asked as Dominique entered the DR. "Hello Dominique," Julie said. "Hi Julie," Dominique said. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Alex," Dominique said. "Thank you Dominique, thank you Julie," Dominique said as she exited the DR. "The vote is 4 votes to evict Raven and 2 votes to evict Alex but what will happen when the other houseguests vote find out next when Big Brother returns," Julie said as Big Brother took a commercial break.

"Welcome back to Big Brother right now the votes are at 4 to evict Raven and 2 to evict Alex. But let's see how the other votes go," Julie said as Elena sat in the DR. "Elena is in an alliance with Raven will she repay her with her vote?" Julie asked as she then turned to Elena. "Hello Elena," Julie said. "Hey Julie," Elena smiled. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Alex," Elena said. "Thank you Elena," Julie said as Elena left the DR. "Josh isn't close with either nominee but what will he choose to do?" Julie asked as Josh entered the DR. "Hello Josh," Julie said. "Hi Julie," Josh said. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Raven," Josh said. "Thank you Josh," Julie said. "Thank you," Josh said as he left the DR. "Matt is in a showmance with Raven his vote should be to support her," Julie said as Matt entered the DR. "Hello Matt," Julie said. "Hey Julie," Matt smiled. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Alex," Matt said. "Thank you Matt," Julie said as Matt left the DR. "Mark was targeted by Paul this week will he take this chance to get revenge on him for that by taking out his ally?" Julie asked as Mark entered the DR. "Hello Mark," Julie said. "Hi Julie," Mark said. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I vote to evict Alex," Mark said. "Thank you Mark," Julie said. "Thank you," Mark said as he left the DR. "Ramses is close with Alex but his alliance wants her out of the game, his decision will decide who will be leaving tonight," Julie said as Ramses entered the DR. "Hello Ramses," Julie said. "Hi Julie," Ramses smiled. "Please cast your vote to evict," Julie said. "I sadly vote to evict my good friend Alex," Ramses frowned. "Thank you Ramses," Julie said. "Bye," Ramses smiled as he left the DR.

"It's official by a vote of 6 to 5, Alex will be leaving the Big Brother house, let's break the news to the houseguests," Julie said as she then appeared on the TV. "Houseguests, the votes are in. When I reveal the vote the evicted houseguest will have a few minutes to say goodbye, gather her belongings, and walk out the front door. By a vote of 6 to 5......Alex....you have been evicted from the Big Brother house," Julie said as Paul's side of the house looked shocked as Alex nodded to leave the Big Brother house. Raven and Matt looked surprised that the vote was that close. Alex hugged Jason before leaving the house to have her interview with Julie. Next time Alex, Cameron, Cody, and Jillian will have a chance to compete to get back in the game but will one of them return? Plus who will become HOH? Find out next time on Big Brother!
