As Lili and Cole laid under the stars, the moment felt perfect. They never wanted it to end, in fact. But alas, all good things had to come to an end. They knew that. Well, at least Lili did.

"This is the best." Cole whispered as his girlfriend cuddled up into his arms.

"I totally agree," Lili began, "But I think we should go home tomorrow."

"What? Why?" Cole asked, genuinely confused to why someone would want to leave such a secluded, peaceful space.

"Stranded out here as been nice and all, but I haven't taken a shower in four days and I kind of need one." she said truthfully as he played with her golden locks.

"That's fair," Cole said, disappointed that their time away from media and work was coming to an end, "We can leave in the morning."

"Thank you." she answered, her head nuzzled into his chest.

They lay under the stars, the world seeming infinite.

"Lili?" Cole asked after a period of dead silence.

"Yes?"

"Thanks for going on adventures with me." he blushed, finally saying what had been on his mind since the first hike they'd ever taken together.

"Baby," she gushed, "Thank you for taking me on them."

And in that moment, they knew they were perfectly, madly, and deeply in love. They didn't need the words or actions. They didn't need the others. Somehow, just laying under the stars next to one another, was enough for the two adventurers.
