Peter wakes up and sighs. He gets up and looks at his clock and sees that it's 6:25 am. Peter grabs his phine and turns it o. He has about 100 text messages combined from Flash, Gwen, and Harry. Peter sees a missed call from a Dr. Connors. He presses the missed call and listens to the voice mail.
Dr.Connors: Peter? I would like sens my condolences to both you and May. We both know Ben may not have liked me, but he knew I respectes him as I respected you father. Anyways, I was wondering if you would want to come by the lab to just talk about science, get your mind off of things. Well, you know my doors always opened. Bye Peter.
The message ends and puts down the phone. Peter gets up and opens his closet. Peter sees the costume and grabs it and stuffs it in his bag. Peter puts on a shirt and pants and reaches for his glasses but then realises he can see better without them. Peter grabs his phone and walks towards a desk and grabs two high tech bracelets and puts them on his wrist. Peter leaves his room and walks downstairs. May is sitting at the kitchen table Sleeping. Peter walks up to her and kisses her on the head. Peter then leaves the house and climbs onto the roof and changes into his costume.
Peter: Alright, time to test out these web-shooters.
Peter raises his left hand and brings down his middle and ring finger to his palm. A string of web shoots out from the devices in his wrists.
Peter: *breathes out a heavy sigh* Come on Peter, you can do this.
Peter runs off of his house and swings into the air.
Peter: WAAAAAHHOOOOOO!!!!
Then Peter begins to fall.
Peter: OH SHIT!!!
Peter instinctively uses his right hand in the same position as his left and shoots out a web and swings on it and sticks to a building.
Peter: Ok... Let's try this again.
Peter fires a web and starts swinging and getting the hang of it.
Peter: Alright Dr.Connors, your patient is arriving shortly.
