Peter swings towards an apartment complex when his phone rings. Peter grabs it and sees it's Aunt May. Peter sticks to a wall and answers the phone.
Peter: Hey Aunt May.
May: Peter are you alright?!
Peter: I'm fine Aunt May, why you ask?
May: BECAUSE SOME EVIL VILLAIN ATTACKED YOUR SCHOOL!!!!
Peter pulls the phone away until May stopped yelling.
Peter: Sorry, sorry. Don't worry, I was no where near that. I was on the roof with Harry.
May: Was?
Peter: Yeah. I heard that an old friend named Max was hurt during the attack and wanted to make sure he's alright.
May: Peter *sighs*, you're such a good person. Well, you better make it back home soon.
Peter: I promise Aunt May. Love you.
May: Love you too Peter.
Peter ends the call. Peter climbs to the top of the aparrment and changes into his civilian clothing. Peter then jumps down into an alley way and walks towards the entrance and walks in. Peter then walks to the front desk and sees a lady sitting behind the desk.
Peter: Excuse me, but can you tell me what floor does Max Dillon live on? I'm a friend.
Desk Lady: 1st floor, apartment 9.
Peter: Thanks.
Peter climbs the stairs to the first floor and walks down the hallway until he sees a door with the number nine. Peter grabs the knob and turns it to see if it's locked. The door swings open and Peter walks inside. He sees the apartment is a mess. There's garbage everywhere. As Peter sneaks in, he hears someone coughing. Peter looks to see a young boy with short red hair and green eyes stroll up to Peter in a wheelchair.
???: Petey?
Peter smiles at the kid.
Peter: Hey Trent.
Trent: Haven't seen you in awhile.
Peter: Yeah well, me and Max haven't been the best of pals lately. Speaking of which, have you seen him?
Trent: He should be back home soon. Why, he do something wrong again?
Peter: Again?
Trent: Police came by and dropped him off, saying he was stealing a buck off some rich dude named but the guy payed his bail. So, is my brother in trouble?
Peter: He tried to hurt someone.
Trent: Of course he did, what else is new.
Peter: But he was doing it for you.
Trent: I know he is. He's trying to get money to pay the doctors to help cure me.
Peter: Max was always of thinking of you before himself.
Trent: Yeah well, sometimes he shouldn't.
Peter: I just hope I can stop him before he-
Just then, Peter sees a bolt of lightning hit a street and an explosion happend after.
Trent: It's my brother, isn't it?
Peter: Yeah. I gotta go down there and see if I can stop him.
Peter runs out of the apartment, leaving Trent alone to ponder what he should do.
(Where Max is)
Max walks out of a bank with two bags of money. As Max is about to walk away with the money, Peter webs on of the bags and pulls it out of Max's hands.
Peter: Really Spark plug? Robbing a bank?
Max: LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!
Peter: Max, think about you're brother. He wouldn't want this.
Max: I am thinking about him, and call me Electro!!!
Max fires a bolt of lightning at Peter but Peter dodges and jumps down in front of Max and kicks him in the face. Peter grabs the other bag of money, throws it towards a wall and webs it to the wall.
Max: YOU'RE DEAD FREAK!!!
Max starts absorbing all the electricity around him.
Peter: Oh no.
Peter runs at Max and throws a punch, but since Max's body is surrounded by electricity, it shocks Peter and sends him flying into a T.V. store. Peter gets up and sees Max smiling and then disappearing into the T.V.'s.
Peter: Oh shit.
A blast of electricity hits Peter in the back, making him go down on one knee. Peter then hears Max's laugh sound electronic.
Peter: Max please. Surrender now and you may have a chance to still be with your brother.
Max: I AM ELECTRO!!!
Two bolts of electricity pushes Peter towards the ground. Max rematerializes into a solid form.
Max: It's over Spider-Man, you lost.
Peter: Not really.
Peter shoots a web at Max and sends him flying out of the store. Peter runs out of the store and starts webbing Max up. Peter then starts punching Max repeatedly until Max yells and sends a huge shockwave of electricity, sending Peter flying and freeing himself. Peter gets up off the ground and then his sixth sense starts ringing. Peter looks behind him and sees a young woman and a little boy. Peter looks in front of him and sees Max firing a bolt of electricity but it'll miss Peter. Peter runs in front of the mother and son and stands there and takes the blast. Peter falls to the ground. Max floats towards Peter and grabs and lifts him by the throat.
Max: Time to die, Spider-Man.
Max's hands starts glowing yellow and electricity starts forming.
???: ENOUGH MAX!!!
Max turns amd sees Trent. Max drops Peter and floats towards Trent.
Max: What are you doing here little brother?
Trent: Making sure you don't kill someone with your idiocity.
Max: It's idiocy.
Trent: Shut up! You need to stop now, turn yourself in. Please bro, for me?
Max lowers himself to the ground and he hugs his little brother. Peter smirks and the swings out of there. Max let's go of Trent.
Trent: Hey have you seen Peter? He was supposed to be here.
Peter: RIGHT HERE!!!
Peter runs and stops to catch his breathe.
Max: What're you doing here Peter?
Peter: To help you. I can have someone help with Trent's illness.
Max: Really?!
Trent: Really?
Peter: I'm best friends with a son of the guy who owns the biggest science company ever. I can pull a few strings.
Max: Thanks.
Just then, cops appear and put cuffs on Max.
Max: TAKE CARE OF TRENT!!!
Peter: I will!
Max gets put into a back of a police cruiser and it drives off.
Trent: Great. Now I'm an orphan and homeless.
Peter: I may have a solution to that problem.
(At Peter's house)
May paces back and forth as she hears the front door open.
May: PETER?!
Peter: Yes Aunt May!! I'm here!!
May runs towards the front and sees Peter and Trent.
May: Peter... Who's this?
Peter: This is Trent Dillon, brother of Max Dillon. He needs a place to stay so I kinda offered our place. If that's alright with you?
May: Of course! Come this way dear, I'll show you to your room.
May helps Trent upstairs and Peter followed behind and then went into his room. He takes off his jacket and sets down his camera. Peter then pulls out the Spider-Man suit and stares at it.
Trent: Holy shit!
Peter gets up quickly and sees Trent sitting infront of Peter's doorway.
Trent: You're Spider-Man!!
(At an Oscorp facility)
Max is now wearing an orange jumpsuit and he enters into a cell. A guard enters a code and the cell door shuts and some blue lights turn on. The guard leaves and shows a man wesring a green a purple suit hidden behind the guard, the mystery man's face hidden in shadows.
Max: Who are you?
???: I don't know yet, but I have a proposition for you.
Max: What do you want?
???: I want Spider-Man. But I can't do it alone, I need someone with your prowess.
Max: And why would I help you?
???: Because I can help you control your powers and I'll set you free so you can see your brother. Do we have a deal?
Max: How many people are you looking for?
???: This needs to be a six man group, and if you accept, I'll already have 2 down. So what do you say?
Max: Ok. But what should I call you?
The man steps closer to the cell to reveal a menacing grin.
Goblin: Call me The Goblin. Hehehehahahahahahahahahahah!!!
