Why Me!? (Naruto Various X Reader)

The Beginning

Hello readers! Yeah I know I said "No more fanfictions." But I had an idea and told my friend Creativemind2000 and she said it was a good idea for a reader insert so that's what I'm gonna do! Please check out her books she is an amazing writer and one of the best people in this world!
About the cliche title, I had no idea what to put there...
Anyway I own only the plot and my OCs. Everything else belong to their rightful owners. Criticism is welcomed.

I spend most of my days playing Xbox, watching anime or reading. I liked this life. It was simple and calm.

Everyday I wake up, get dress, have breakfast amd then go watch TV or play video games until everyone else wakes up.

My clothes are quite simple as I mostly just wear some type of hoodie, jeans and the first shirt I find. I don't normally wear shoes around the house unless we are going somewhere later on in the day, which normal never happens. I have mediums length (h/c) hair that is either down or in a ponytail. I have bright (e/c) eyes and (s/t) that has a little acne here and small scratchs from playing with dogs when I pet sit for people.

I like to stay in what I like to call a grey area meaning lots of people kmow of me but not many people have met me. So basically a quiet person in the back of her class that will help you if she feels like it. I have a reputation for being guiet, kind, shy, cute and scary to a few people. Honestly I have no idea how the word cute got there. When I told people I wasn't cute, they respond with "Well if you say it like that... Of corse your cute!"

I have a small group of friends I'm comfortable around and a few acquaintances here and there. Right now school is over for the term and I am finding my holidays boring. Sadly my nice boring holiday didn't last.

What am I supposed to say? Well let's start at the beginning shall we?

I was playing my favourite Xbox game 'Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Three Full Blast' this is honestly my second disc. The first disc stopped working because of over use. Anyway, I was in the middle of a one-on-one match, my earphones in my ears playing one of the few Vocaloid songs I had. I was playing as Naruto against Sasuke when the characters turned to look at me.

I squeaked, not very threateningly and hid behind the chair... honestly how can people fear me? The screen seemed to freeze so like the smart person I am, I slowly backed out of the living room and into the kitchen. My goal was to get to my parents' room and wake them up. I have read too mamy fanfictions to try switching off the console.

When I got to my parents' room I was told I'm being paranoid amd that it is too early for me to be up. I am paranoid and it is three in the morning so I can see their point. I 'bravely' made my way back to the living room, if bravely ment cursing to myself, having a (f/f) muffin when I reached the kitchen and then going back to mentally cursing then yes, I am the very definition of bravery.

When I got to the TV it was still frozen. 'Good... maybe I am just being paranoid.' I thought venturing closer to the screen. I would have stayed far away but my Xbox is at the bottom of our TV stand. I regret the decision to put it there...

Everything was going well until I was close enough to reach the power button. Ah yes, the one thing that could have prevented this whole thing. If I was just quick enough to swich the damn thing off my life would still be normal!

I reached for the button and was nearly able to reach the sensor when a hand grabbed my wrist. It could have been one of my perants, my sister or maybe even my grandparents, but since the arm was coming from the screen above me that was unlikely.  It was my turn to freeze now, looking up slowly with an expression of fear mixed with confusion I stared at two hands each belonging to a well known anime character.

The first thing I did? No, not fangirl, faint or yell "Take me with you, Senpai!" No, the first thing I did was try to break free from their hold. If I was going down I was going down fighting! Let's just say my fleeting act of true bravery didn't work very well... yeah, I need to go back to gym.

As I was trying to pull my right arm free my left arm was flailing in hopes of grabbing something I could use as a weapon. Could I have reached for the off button? Yes, I probably could but I was not risking both my hand being grabbed. They weren't even trying to pull me in to their world, most likely waiting for me to wear myself out which would happen soon if I wasn't careful. I never did find a weapon however I did grab the TV's remote! Sadly this did nothing. How would I explaind arms coming out of out TV to my family? "So hey um... two anime characters tried to take me with them so I swich the TV off and their arms got stuck." No one would believe me. It would have been funny though.

I threw the remote off to the side and started searching again. I grabbed a couch cushion, an Xbox controller, and a pocket sized (f/c) stuffed cat toy that I brought to the living room this morning in my half asleep state which I stuffed in my pocket. I should have grabbed a knife from the kithen while I was there...

I made the mistake of relaxing my arms and soon I was being dragged through the screen. I managed to yell on thing before my world went dark. What was it? Well I yelled "I DON'T WANNA GO!"

Yes, I am just that cool.. being taken into another dimension and the last thing I'm able to say sounds like a five year old... I'm never going to survive being in the ninja world...
