A Radnid Story

Chapter Three

Enid got back to P.O.I.N.T Prep on Sunday night around 9:00. She & Rad had a nice weekend out together.

Enid was walking back to the dorm, but she was pulled back by a yank on her hair.

"Ow!" Enid yelped as she whirled around, her fists clenched.

"Ms Sunshine!" Enid said breathlessly as she dropped her fists.

"Enid. We need to talk." Ms Sunshine said sternly.

Enid smoothed her uniform.

"Come with me to my office." Ms Sunshine said starting to walk.

Enid didn't know what she had done. On weekends students were allowed to leave campus.

& She couldn't be in trouble for sneaking out once.

Soon they arrived in Ms Sunshine's office.

"Take a seat Enid."

Enid sat down & set her bag on the floor.

"Ms Sunshine-"

"Hush." Ms Sunshine ordered.

"Enid, i know you're new here, but that doesn't mean we can take it easy on you." Ms Sunshine said pacing in the room.

"Yes but i just went out this weekend-"

"That's the problem Enid. You never bothered to ask if there were classes."

"But on weekends there aren't classes." Enid said quietly.

"On Saturday we did." Ms Sunshine replied.

"I-I didn't know. I'm sorry Ms Sunshine." Enid apologized.

"Take a schedule."

"I already have one-"

"Take it." Ms Sunshine ordered.

"okay." Enid said taking the schedule & standing up.

Ms Sunshine had let Enid go.

Enid made it back to her dorm.

Elodie was sitting on the floor painting her nails.

"Oh Enid you're back-"

"Elodie!" Enid angrily said.

"You set me up! You knew there were classes this weekend-" Enid said fuming.

Elodie stood up.

"Enid listen to me, I would've told you..."

"What do you mean WOULD'VE?!" Enid said angrily as she looked at Elodie.

"Enid I would've told you except i couldn't." Elodie whispered.

Confusion hit Enid.

"I didn't try to set you up, i had to." Elodie whispered.

"They're making you do this, huh?" Enid asked quietly.

Elodie shamefully looked away.

"Yes." she whispered back.

Enid felt fear tingle up in her stomach.

"I'm sorry for being angry." Enid finally said apologizing.

Elodie just nodded.

'They're brainwashing the students..What's P.O.I.N.T up to?' Enid wondered to herself as she lay on her bed.
