A Radnid Story

Chapter Seven

The three scrambled out of the cafetorium.

Enid ducked around a corner & sat down, Rad & K.O. did the same.

Enid quieted her breathing.

P.O.I.N.T Troopers were searching for her, the lead of P.O.I.N.T Prep were also looking. ( Foxtail, Professor Sunshine, Chip, Dr. Greyman. )

The floor began to ice up.

Enid looked to Rad desperately.

"Rad! Do something!" Enid whispered urgently.

Rad used his powers to hold them all on the ceiling.

Rad gently set them down & they stood quietly behind a wall corner.

After Professor Sunshine passed, Enid began running, the two following after her.

The heels were killing her feet but she pressed on.

'There's gotta be somewhere to take cover..' Enid thought to herself.

"I know a secret corridor." Enid said pulling them around another corner.

"Keep a look out." Enid instructed.

K.O. began punching at Troopers who approached.

Enid moved a painting & held it up.

Rad hurriedly lifted K.O. up into it.

"Rad go go get in!" Enid said kicking a Trooper & knocking it backwards.

Rad got in after K.O. & Enid jumped up & shut the painting.

They were in some dark, tight vents.

"Do you know where this leads?" K.O. asked quietly.

"..No." Enid said finally.

They were wandering vents aimlessly.

Enid felt a panel beneath her go loose.

She felt herself fall but was grabbed by the hand by Rad.

She breathed a sigh of relief but she had almost fallen into the Head Office.

Foxtail was there.

Enid grabbed Rads hand tighter & swung & kicked Foxtail in the face sending her tumbling over a desk & onto the floor.

Rad pulled her up & Enid thanked him as she caught her breath.

That was close..

Enid continued crawling after them, & eventually they found an opening.

It led to the area where Elodie was before at the trophy case.

Foxtail probably called for back-up so they needed to be careful.

They all tumbled out & grouped against the wall.

"Not so fast, Enid."

The three gasped.

Chip grabbed Enid's wrists.

"Don't touch her!" Rad yelled punching Chip Damage directly in the face, causing him to stumble backwards still grasping Enid.

Chip Damage collected himself quickly & kicked Rad in the stomach.

Chip Damage easily winded Rad, sending him flying into the wall.

"Rad!" Enid yelled horrified.

"Rad!" She screamed trying to pull out of Chip's grasp.

K.O. was frozen with fear.
