A/n: In this chapter I will mention an address and since I don't have any clue about any street names in Quantico, I will make the address up hehe.

"You may think that the loss wasn't that big, but to him it was," I started. "He has given his everything, every fiber of his being, to this job and he lost his wife and son in the process, twice, the second time permanently," I continued.

"How much more will he be able to take before you realize that he lost his life to this job, but he still chooses to get up in the morning and keep on doing what he does. I'll tell you, I would've quit. I would never go back to this shithole if I were in his shoes," I stood up, angry.

"But how much longer before he loses the pieces of himself that makes him who he is."

*Two days earlier*

Jack was missing and Aaron was freaking out. Jessica had come down to the office to tell everyone what happened. She couldn't stop telling Aaron how sorry she was. Jack had been grabbed from the grocery store while she was getting milk.

"He was right there, I turned around for two seconds, I swear! But when I looked back he was just gone," she had been crying hysterically.

Aaron was all over the place, checking the grocery store for cameras, looking at footage from nearby gas stations and going through every possible suspect that could've done it. To say he was in a bad mood was an understatement.

It was understandable though. Jack was his son, and he couldn't lose him like he lost Haley.

"Hotch, I think I've got something," Reid said as he watched the surveillance footage at the store for the fifteenth time.

Everyone gathered around him.

"He is careful to avoid the cameras, which means he's been there before, he knows exactly where they are," Reid started.

The man who took Jack was impossible to identify, he looked like a normal guy wearing a green hoodie. He used the hood to cover his face.

"If you look at footage from a few weeks ago.." he paused and showed us a new video. "You can see the exact green sweater as the guy wears, except this time he's not hiding," Reid got a close up shot on the unsub.

"Garcia, I need you to run his face through the system," Aaron said, with a little hope in his voice.

"Yes, sir," Garcia returned to her office.

"Who are you, you son of a bitch?" Dave mumbled.

"It's been over fourteen hours, why hasn't this guy reached out yet? Why hasn't he demanded a ransom?" Morgan asked.

"Maybe money isn't what he's after," I answered, glancing at Aaron.

"Are you sure you don't know who could've done this? No possible enemy?" JJ asked.

"I've put away a lot of people, it could be anyone," Aaron whispered.

Garcia came back from her office, shaking her head as she had the look of pity in her eyes.

"I've got nothing, this guys doesn't exist," she said with a sad look on her face.

I was about to say something when the phone cut me off. The whole team looked at each other.

"Babygirl, trace the phone call," Morgan said.

"Hotch, you should answer," JJ said.

"I need everyone to shut up!" I yelled and the whole room went silent.
