A/N: Yes, this is the final chapter of the story. I’m sorry that it’s so awkward, weird, and probably not the best, but I was having serious writers block and I wasn’t sure where else to go with the story honestly.

Really sorry for the long authors note, but I had a lot to say! Tell me what you guys think of the ending, maybe even some suggestions to make it better? I would gladly redo it if I got some good ideas! Thank you lovelies for reading it and putting up with me, you all mean the world to me! :) Okay, I’m done now, promise. Enjoy!!

When I arrived back at Starbucks, Rebecca was the first one to greet me again. “Back again so soon?” She teased.

“Yep!” I grinned. “Is Andrew in yet?”

“Yeah, he should be in his office in the back.”

“Thanks, Becca.” I smiled, making my way toward the office.

The door to his office was open slightly so, I knocked slightly and opened it wider, letting myself in. “Hey, Andrew. Do you have a second to talk?”

“Hey, Elizabeth. Of course, take a seat. Rebecca mentioned that you were back.” He smiled.

I smiled back and took a seat across from him.

Andrew was easily in his early twenties, smart, good-looking and a great boss. “So,” He started. “What did you want to talk to me about? Your schedule?”

“You could say that.” I said leaning forward and intertwining my fingers.

“That doesn’t sound good.” He sighed.

“I came to tell you that I’m quitting.” I said nervously.

“Quitting? Why?” He asked surprised.

“I know it’s sudden but, I’m needed elsewhere.”

Andrew sighed heavily. “And there’s nothing I can do or say to convince you to stay?” He asked, standing up and moving next to me.

I smiled softly. “My mind is made up.” I said standing up as well.

“Well, we’re sad to see you go.”

“Thank you, for everything.”

“I hope everything works out.” He said. “I should get back to work.”

“Right, thank you for understanding, Andrew. Bye.” I said before walking out of his office.

I said a quick goodbye to everyone else and then left, deciding it was time to go back to the apartment and see Claire.

“Claire?” I called out, walking into the apartment and shutting the door behind me. “Are you home?” I called out, going toward the bedrooms.

“Yeah, I’m in the bathroom!” She called back.

I sat down on the couch and waited. After another minute she came out and joined me on the couch. “I’m sorry.” We both said at the same time, causing us both to laugh and hug each other.

“I’m sorry for upsetting you this morning. I know you know what you’re doing and that it doesn’t matter where you are that you are going to be okay. I just know that you’re capable of anything and I want to make sure that you know that.” Claire said, still hugging me.

“I know and I love you for that, Claire. I’m sorry for practically storming out on you.”

“Don’t even worry about it.” She assured me.

“Thank you, for everything that you’ve done for me.”

She smiled and I knew that no matter where life took the both of us, we would always be in each other’s lives.

We spent the rest of the day, and most of the night, packing up the rest of my things and watching movies curled up on the couch.

It was weird going back home the next day; it had felt like I had been gone for years, like it wasn’t really my home anymore. I was more excited to go back with my dad and the guys, because that really is my home.

Saying goodbye to Claire was difficult, especially knowing that it was going to be a longer period of time without seeing her. The only thing I had to look forward to was seeing my dad, Niall and of course the rest of One Direction.

“Lizzy!” Louis squealed, spotting me first in the air port and pulling me into a bone crushing hug.

“Louis!” I giggle, trying to keep myself from falling over; this seemed to be a normal occurrence with him. “I was only gone a couple days, it’s not like last time.”

“I know, I know. I just missed you! I didn’t get nearly enough time with you before you left again.”

“How did Niall hold up?” I ask, wrapping an arm around his waist, and he an arm around my shoulder, walking toward the others.

“He frowned a lot, but always lit up when you were mentioned or he was talking to you. You two are so sickingly cute.”

A large grin spread across both my and Niall’s face when we saw each other. The first thing he did was pull me in for a long kiss, earning groans from the others and cheers from the paparazzi. Well, I guess now everyone would know we are together.

“I’m so happy you’re back.” Niall smiled, resting our foreheads together.

“It’s good to be back.”

I gave everyone else hugs as well and we headed back to the hotel. We all decided that it was time for another movie night, which I was more than up for. Though, my dad warned us not to be up too late since we were going to be off to another country the next day.

I couldn’t get over how right it felt being where I was in the moment. I knew that things were about to get a lot harder, with Niall and I being a couple, all of the travel, when the tour is over, figuring out my future and whatever else life throws at me; but I know that I’ll get through it. I have my dad’s support, as well as the boys and Claire’s. If I’ve learned anything so far from all of this, is that it’s important to live in the moment and not always worry about what’s going to happen next. Sometimes it’s best not knowing.
