Sonic kissed the two-tailed fox back. Love connecting the two. Now, Then, And forever.

Tails wrapped his namesakes around Sonic, creating a warm blanket around them.

Sonic held the fox close, deepening the kiss.

Tails broke it, he looked into Sonic's Emerald green eyes. "For those who remain, death shouldn't take precedence over life." He quoted. "I love you Sonic. I don't fully understand what that quote means, but I don't think I need to. My heart feels like it's on cloud nine, especially now that we are in each other's arms spending this time together."

Sonic smiled looking into the fox's magnificently beautiful eyes. "Wait for the person who pursues you, the one who will make an ordinary moment seem magical, the kind of person who brings out the best in you and makes you want to be a better person. Wait for the person who will be your best friend. The only person who will drop everything you be with you at any time, no matter the circumstances." Sonic cupped the fox's head in his hands. "I believe I've been waiting for you Tails. I feel like an angel came down and touched my heart because right now nothing means more to me.......than you."

Tails nearly fainted at the thoughtful and kind words. "I don't think I can beat that, Sonic." Tails said his heart beating loudly.

"I love you to the moon and back. To infinity and beyond. From my heart to your Tails." Sonic said his heart beating loudly as well.

Tails smiled. "That's enough Sonic. My heart can't take anymore!"

Sonic smiled reaching for another kiss. "Good, because mine can't either."

Tails kissed the blue hedgehog compassionately.

Sonic kissed back with all of his being.

Tails broke it thinking. "What are we gonna tell Pinkie?" He once again refered to the pink hedgehog.

Sonic smiled. "Give me a pen or pencil and some paper and I will show you." He finished, his smile now a smirk.

Tails wondered what Sonic was up to. He smiled and went to go get the things.

Sonic watched as the love of his life went and fetched the supplies he requested.

Tails returned with the paper and pen, setting them in front of Sonic.

"Now watch," Sonic said beginning to write.

Dear Amy,

First of all, F-off. Amy, I've told you a hundred times that I and you could never be more than just friends. I love someone else. Someone I care about greatly and want to spend the rest of my life with......Amy, I'm referring to Tails. Tails is the love of my life and if you ever, and I mean EVER try to intervene......I swear on my life, I will have nothing to do with you. I don't mean to be harsh, I just love Tails a ton and nothing is coming between us. If you don't like it, then butt out. Have a wonderful day Ames.

Sonic folded the letter and stuffed it into the envelope. "Alright now, all we need is a stamp," Sonic said smiling.

"Kind words if I've ever heard them." Tails giggled. He went to fetch the stamp.
