I didn't know whether or not to be surprised when the generator exploded. I didn't know how Agent Raven knew Clint, but I wasn't complaining either.

Barnes and Nat took off towards their door. Easy for them, because they have black suits, and could probably pass for HYDRA if no one looked to closely at them.

Peter and I had a different story. Once we were out in the open, everyone would be on our tail. I had made Peter's Iron Spider suit bulletproof, but that didn't mean that HYDRA was just going to let us into their base.

Peter started to move towards the loading bay, but I grabbed his shoulder. "Not yet, Pete. Give it a moment."

He looked back at me. "For what?"

I pointed. "Watch."

He turned and looked, and we watched from behind the boulder.

The soldiers' first reaction to the explosion was a lot of complaining. Not one of them seemed concerned that someone had just shot an exploding arrow at their shield generator. After about a minute of grumbling, they all began to shift at the same time. They all started moving inside, or to the front. I don't think they thought people would come from our back entrance, so they didn't bother to guard it. Instead, they all moved to the front garage, and started lining up. After about two minutes, only four guards were between us and the loading bay.

I nudged Peter. "Ready?"

"Yeah, yeah," He said, jumping a little bit and shaking out his arms.

I took a breath. "Go!"

We darted out from behind our boulder. I activated my suit and Peter stuck onto my back. The distance between us and the door couldn't have been more than 300 feet, but it didn't take long before the guards saw us. Their bullets weren't a problem, although they startled Peter a little bit, but one of them must have alerted the watch towers, because they started shooting too. Those blasts were not very accurate, but if one of them got to close to Peter, then I didn't want to find out how well his suit would protect him.

"Peter, get to the door and take those guys out. I'll be back." I adjusted my flight pattern and barrel rolled to give him a smoother transition to the ground. As I flew off, he yelled into the coms "Wait! Where are you going?"

I sped off towards the towers, dodging to avoid getting shot out of the sky. I fired my repulsors at the glass of the closest tower, on the right. It shattered, raining on the people inside the windows. I hoped that was where the controls were.

The second tower was still firing. I decided to go a little more personal and smashed through the windows this time. I took out the ten or so people in the tower, and threw a chair at the door, in case company was on the way.

FRIDAY spoke in my ear, "No one else in the room, boss."

I scanned around me, asking, "Anything else we need to take care of in here?"

"There is a computer still intact behind you. I believe it has access to the main security system."

"Ooh, security." I turned and found the computer FRIDAY mentioned. The screen was still logged in, so I didn't need to hack into it. One less thing on my part.

"FRIDAY, can you download a virus onto this for me?" I plugged into the appliance."

"Give me a moment." Within seconds, the screen started to glitch. "Virus downloaded. The system will be completely compromised in four minutes."

"FRIDAY, I love you." I unplugged from the computer just as someone started pounding on the door. Time was up.

"Don't let Pepper hear you say that."
