Chapter 3

Two months later

Nessie's POV:

I shot daggers at Alicia as she bonded with mom showing her a snow flake that she jumped up so high to catch. I leapt up to catch one as well landing gracefully down in the snow.

"Mommy I caught one too," I chimed.

"Oh that's amazing Renesmee why don't you catch more with Alicia," she replied.

I smiled nodding even though I didn't want to. I could tell she loves me a lot but I resent her for taking all the attention from me. I rolled my eyes as I neared closer to Ali and away from mum.

"Hey Ali," I smiled walking next to her."

"Hey Ness," she brought me into those hugs I despise from her.

"Wanna catch snowflakes?, I asked still giving her a fake smile.

She nodded only to notice mum staring at the mountains.

"Who's that?" we asked curiously.

"One of our cousins from the Denalis I think," mom responded, "Irina!," she yelled vamp speeding up to where she was, but Irina had already jumped in the water and fled.

Alicia's POV:

Me and Nessie have been growing too fast. My family worried about how long we would be here with them. They had even bought a scrapbook and a nice camera to cherish our memories if we lost each other.

"Irina was supposed to come here," grandpa informed.

"I guess seeing Jacob and Seth hurt her too much," dad spoke.

"I tried to speak with her, but she was already gone," mom said.

"She's family she'll come around," grandpa replied.

Mom only gave a weak smile and nodded. Dad began to play the piano Nessie started to play with him creating a lullaby.

"Come on Ali," dad motioned towards him.

It seemed liked Nessie's smile faded a little but I brushed the thought away joining the lullaby. As we were playing Aunt Alice came in with a vase filled with flowers. She paused gasping. Dropping the vase she came into reality. Uncle Jasper rushed to Her

side.

"Alice what did you see?" everyone asked worriedly.

"It's the the volturi they're coming for us," she spoke, "Caius, Marcus, Aro, the guard and even Irina," she continued.

"Why?" Grandma and grandpa asked.

"What did Irina see when you were in the woods," dad asked mum.

"Me, Jake, Nessie, Ali, and Seth were walking," mom spoke.

"Ali and Renesmee were catching snowflakes," Jake said.

I was confused. Who were the volturi and I were they coming. I buried my face in my Jake's chest.

Dad figured out that they thought that me and Ness were immortal children. We had to gather witness's and fast.

Nessie's POV:

We looked for family around the world to look for witness's. Aunt Alice and uncle Jazz had left and nobody knew why. We proved to all of our family that we were not immortal children.

"Ness come play dolls with me," Ali chimed.

I rolled my chocolate brown eyes and went over to play with my stupid sister.

I don't really have a good reason why I resent her I just wish she wouldn't get all the attention people always fussing over her.

Skips to the day where the volturi come.

Alicia and Renesmee look about 8 or 9 now.

Alicia's POV:

I stood beside mom, Renesmee and Jacob waiting for the 'volturi' to come. Dark hoods and cloaks were soon seen making me hide in Jake's wolf form. This man called Aro stopped his coven from moving any farther.

He told us what we have committed and we need to be punished. To prove as though we weren't immortal Emmett, mom, Nessie, Jake, and I walked up to Aro.

"Hello Aro," I spoke touching his chalk white cheek.

My mom brought me beside her and we walked back to where the others were standing.

"You will have to punished for false reporting us Irina," Aro told her.

I felt a pang of sympathy. I couldn't let her be killed.

"Pain," I muttered.

Aro collapsed on the ground.

"What-" Jane asked shocked.

Black smoke rose from my hand nearing Caius. Mom smiled as Caius stumbled.

"Let her go," I stammered.

"She committed a crime we cannot just-," Aro started.

"Pain," I muttered again knocking Aro back to the ground.

"Alright, alright let Irina go," Aro spoke.

Irina walked with the guards towards us eventually being shoved towards us and the Denali's.

Kate and Tanya hugged their sister with venom glazed eyes.

"We have still not proven the these half immortal hybrids are not a danger to our kind," Aro smiled evilly.

Just then Aunt Alice and Uncle Jazz came with this native man whose name was Nahuel.

We were proven innocent.

"We will not fight today," Aro spoke.

"And," Aro added," Ms. Alicia is always welcome a place in the guard.

I scoffed with an irritated look on my face shaking my head.

"We will see," Aro spoke almost getting pelted by a fire ball I created.

"So magnificent," Aro slyly spoke before speeding away with his coven.

We all let out a relieved sigh hugging each other. Irina and the rest of the Denali's gave me a huge hug for saving Irina.

"Thank you," they said kissing my cheek.

"Anything for family," I responded smiling.

I walked over to Jake resting my head in his fur.

I love you Jake I thought.

I love you too Alicia he answered.

We all celebrated happy to be alive. Happy to have a long future with me and Nessie.
