Chapter 25

Alicia's POV:

"It's too dangerous to stay in school," dad informed.

"What do you mean?" I asked. Jacob held my shoulders as for all of the other guys with their mates.

"We have to stay down low for a while. People are starting to suspect things," dad said sternly. I shook my head frowning getting out of Jake's hold.

"Alicia!" Everyone yelled as I sped out of the house. I was far through the woods before I collapsed on to my knees. Tears streamed down my face. I wish I was normal. I already made friends. I'll always just be a half vampire. I unclasped the necklace that Jacob gave me when I turned one. I clasped my hand around it and brought it to my heart. I heard rustling behind me. I quickly got up and vampire sped somewhere else. I felt like I was being followed. Something hard pushed me to the ground. My vision was blurring. Another harsh hit was felt on my body when I lost consciousness.

Alicia's POV:

I woke up in a small room tied tightly to a chair. I tried to loosen the chains with my strength but they still wouldn't budge. I used my twin link.

Ness..

Ali! Where are you?

I don't know.. Someone took me..

We'll find you don't worry.

Then she was gone. The door opened and a figure walked in the room.

"Who the hell are you?" I asked clearly irritated.

"Aaron," the guy spoke.

"Okay Aaron. Why the hell to do you have me here?" I grumbled.

"Of course I should explain," he began, "Well I'm half vampire half werewolf," and you are my mate."

"Pfft," I said, "I'm married to the love of my life. My imprinter."

"Maybe so. But I feel that pull towards you. That thirsts for you blood. That wants to spend eternity with you," he stroked my neck sending shivers up my spine.

"Hmm. I do have an effect on you," he spoke slyly.

"I love Jake not you!" I snapped. And I meant it. Jacob was my soulmate. My everything. I wouldn't trade him for anything. I have children with him. Ella and JJ were one of the many reasons I love Jake so much.

He grunted, "You will."

"No I won't. Now can you show your face?" I asked.

"Of course," he flicked on a light switch. A tall boy with dark hair and deep brown eyes appeared in front of me. Yes he was handsome. But not nearly as much as Jake.

"I've known you since you were born, I had to leave Forks to follow you. You were so mesmerizing," he spoke.

"Sounds like a stalker to me," I sarcastically said back while squirming in the chains wrapped around me.

"Can you just let me out?" I asked.

"Sure," he grabbed hold of the chains and gave a sharp tug. The chains fell down to the floor. Why did he do that? He knows I could just get out. I read into his thoughts.

God she is beautiful. I'd do anything for her.

I bit my lip and sighed. I really just want to get out of here. I tried to get up and speed to the door. I was slammed up against the wall.

"You aren't going anywhere," he growled.

I tried to push him back, but he took a dagger and stabbed it into my stomach. I whimpered at the burning.

"Jake!" I cried out.

Aaron sunk his teeth into my neck and I soon started to fade.

"Jake.." I stammered before I blacked out.

I felt the cold floor. I may be part vampire, but I'll die if I don't get help. I heard the door crash open. My eyes squinted just enough to see the figures of my family. Aaron was thrown up against the wall by Alec. Two warm arms picked me up bridal style.

"Alicia," Jake's voice said as he stroked my cheek.

"Mm," I whimpered. He ran out of the room. I heard a car door open and I was laid on his lap as he got into the car. The car started and the speed accelerated. It must be dad driving.

"I'm so sorry Alicia," Jake stroked my hair.

"J-j-ake," i whimpered.

"Shhh," he whispered.

"Alicia it's dad," a velvety voice spoke, "We'll be home soon."

"Mm," I snuggled my head into Jake's lap.

We soon pulled into the driveway and came to a stop. Jake picked me up and carried into the house. He walked up the steps and into my room and laid me on our bed.

"Jake," I murmured.

"Yeah?" he asked worriedly.

"Come lay with me," I murmured.

"Of course," he spoke.

He climbed under the covers and held me. His tears fell in my long hair. I turned my head and held my hand to his cheek. I kissed him slowly on the lips lovingly.

"Stop blaming yourself I'll be fine," I whispered resting my forehead on his.

"I could've stopped him," he looked down.

"It's okay," I whispered.

"I love you so much," he said.

"I love you too. Always," I said before closing my eyes.

"Rest well my beautiful angel," he whispered before resting his head next to mine.

We both soon fell asleep in each other's arms. We fit perfectly.
