Chapter 23

Alicia's POV:

Everyone was with someone. Even Bree. It was good though. I'm glad that everyone had something to fight for. I know I do I thought as I looked towards Jake. I smiled looking at the ground.

"Mom?" I asked.

"Hmm?" She looked up from her book of Wuthering heights.

"Do you think we can all go to school since we're all grown up?" I asked.

"I'll talk to your father about it. Probably Ali," she smiled.

"Love you mom," I smiled back while hugging her.

"Love you too," she said kissing my hair lightly.

Alicia's POV:

We were all going to highschool. Mom dad and the uncles and aunts were seniors. Me, Nessie, Jake, Seth, Bree and Embry were juniors. And Lillian, Quil, Leah, Liam, JJ (Jake jr), Jane, Ella, and Alec were sophomores. I got out of my blue Volvo with Jake with his arm slung over my shoulders. Eyes were glued on us as we walked into Denali high. I approached the the front desk.

"Alicia Cullen and Jacob Black," I told her.

She typed quickly on her keyboard. She nodded pressing a button on a printer. Two slips of paper slid out. She handed me and Jake both one.

"These are your schedules. Come back if you need anything," she smiled.

"Will do," I said before walking out with Jake.

Me and Jake had almost all of our classes together except after lunch. We'd have to suffer. As we walked to our first class and girl with light brown hair and hazel eyes walked up to me and Jake.

"Hey," she winked at Jake.

"I'm taken," he smirked kissing my cheek.

She was taken aback. She looked at me with a glare in her eyes.

"You could do so much better," she smirked.

"Screw off," I flipped her off pushing her like four feet.

"Alicia she's not worth it let's go," he whispered in my ear. I looked at him and nodded before walking off to class with him. We ended of being like 5 minutes late because of that bitch.

"You're late," a lady with skinny glasses and pinned up grey hair looked at me and Jake.

"Ok?" I said earning laughs from the class.

"Ms.?" She asked.

"Cullen," I answered.

"Well you have detention please take a seat," she smirked.

I glared at her. Looking her directly in the eyes I used this mind control thing I've been working on.

"No not really. I don't have detention. Deal with it," I smirked.

"Okay," she smiled, "please take a seat you two."

"Gladly," I smiled.

The rest of the classes before lunch went by in a blur. It soon came time for lunch.

"Well I mind controlled Mrs. Evans this morning what about you?" I asked sitting down where everyone was.

"Ali!" Mom said.

"Sorry she pissed me off," I said taking a bite out of my ham sandwich.

"People can't find out about us," mom sighed.

"Everyone laughed it's fine," I told her.

She firmly nodded.

"And Ali almost beat some girls ass," Jake laughed.

"What'd she do?" Nessie smirked.

"Ness," mom pestered.

"She tried to hit on Jake. And she pissed me off," I said.

"First day and you're already a troublemaker," uncle Emmett shook his head.

"Hey leave her alone," Aunt Rose smiled.

"Thank you," I said sipping my coke.

The last classes went by with a blur again. We were soon back home. I made some friends. Kira, Mona, Zander, and Austin. They were okay. Until the next day of school. I hope it's as normal as a half vampire can have at least.
