I woke up on a hospital with a pain in my head and I had wires all over me. So I looked around and saw the same two boys from the bus and a girl who looked a little older than us three, all of them were asleep. One of the boys was holding my hand, it was soft and gentle but then the other boy sitting next to him woke up and said
Ethan- " Grayson she is awake!"
He said and held my other hand and shook the boy causing him to wake up as well as the girl
Jamie-" who are you? And what happened?"
Grayson- " I am Grayson and this is my twin brother Ethan and my big sister Cameron"
Ethan-" we found you in a storage room unconscious under a boy from our school, but don't worry he is in jail for seven years"
Cameron- " What's your full name?"
Jamie- " Jamie-Lee Mia Smith. But everyone calls me J"
Ethan- " I am gonna tell the doctor that you are awake"
I nodded and he let go of my hand to find the doctor
Jamie-" So how long have I been in the hospital for?"
Grayson- "almost two days?"
Jamie- " woah that's-"
I was interrupted by the doctor and Ethan coming into the room
Doctor- " Hello Ms Smith. How are you feeling?
Jamie- " I am ok"
Doctor- " Great to hear. Now you can leave in 30 to give your body time to fully wake up"
Jamie- " Thank you"
Doctor- " No problem just rest"
The doctor leaves but then I start thinking
Jamie- " Wait if I am getting discharged then I have no where to go, I got kicked out of my old house so jack gave me a place to stay and-"
Grayson interrupted me to say
Grayson- " Jamie calm down, we know the housing situation and our parents are gonna let you stay with us until you find a place to stay"
Jamie- " Are you sure that's ok?"
Ethan- " Don't worry our parents have already got you a bed and some new clothes for you and school tomorrow"
Jamie- " Thank you so much"
I said with happy tears in my eyes as I felt the happiest I have ever felt in all of my life.
We all hugged for a good 30 seconds. Then we all got to talking about my family and Jack and all the shit that he has done to me and the stuff he has made me do.
Grayson- " Is that why you have all of these cuts and bruises?"
Jamie- " yeah, you have no idea how bad I have had it"
Grayson- " well you are safe now"
Then it time to leave, so Cameron drove us back to her house. It was so big and really beautiful.
Grayson- " This is it"
Jamie- " I am speechless"
Ethan- " I guess it is a pretty cool house"
Jamie- " This compared to my old house is like a mansion"
Cameron- " finally someone who agrees with me"
Cameron pulls up the car and Mr and Mrs Dolan are both standing next to the rich brown door to greet us.
Mrs Dolan- " Hi, I am Lisa and this is my husband Sean "
Mr Dolan- " Hey"
Jamie- " uh hi I am Jamie-Lee Smith"
Mrs Dolan-" Well don't just stand there, come In"
I walked in and saw a giant crystal chandelier and glossy brown stairs. Grayson then walked up them and said in a cocky yet cute tone and a wink.
Grayson- " Welcome to our humble abode"
Jamie- " It is absolutely stunning"
Mr Dolan- " I am glad you like it, me and the boys done most of the work"
Mrs Dolan- " I think you mean me and Cameron, all you boys did was play on your X-Boxes"
Ethan- " Come on J, I will show you your new room"
Grayson-" It's right next to me and Ethan's room so if you need us just nock"
Cameron- " and mines is to the left"
Jamie- " I can't thank you guys enough for letting me stay"
Mrs Dolan- " It is our pleasure dear"
Mr Dolan- " You must be starving, what would you like for dinner?"
Grayson- " Jamie what is your favourite food? And we will have that"
Ethan- " Please say pizza"
Jamie- " How did you know?"
Mr Dolan- " Pizza it is, so what topping do you want? We have meat feast, pineapple or cheese"
Jamie- " umm pineapple please"
Cameron- " You are definitely part of the family now"
I looked at Grayson confused.
Grayson to me- " Everyone in our family loves pineapple pizza but mostly everyone else hates it!"
Jamie- " seriously?! Well it is the best type of pizza"
Cameron- " Jamie you look freezing, here put this on"
Cameron went into a closet in my new room and picked out a grey jumper and sweatpants.
Jamie- " Thank you, umm there is the bathroom?"
Cameron- " We have a bathroom in every room"
Cameron said whist opening a a door in my bedroom that I didn't see before
Ethan- " we will be downstairs if you need us ok"
I nodded and they all left, so I went into the bathroom and locked the door and standing in front of me was an unfamiliar girl. She looked happy and I haven't seen her for about two years before the abuse started. I smiled and got changed and thought finally things will get better. Once I was finished I folded my filthy tattered old clothes and put them in a neat pile in one of the drawers and started to head down the stairs but I accidentally bumped into someone. I had forgotten I was with the Dolan family so I quickly got down to the floor and started crying and put my hands over my head in shock.
