Aaaand so after that unfortunate party, Naruto was feeling a bit less than enthusiastic about going to school. In fact, he even thought about skipping on Sunday, but the reminder that Sakura chan would drag his 'sorry butt' to school herself made him rethink that. I wish I was sick...He thought miserably, and dressed in his uniform. It was time to face Karin and Sasuke again. Knowing Karin, she would never let a guy have an advantage over her like that.

When he got to school, he was pretty early. In fact, he was one of the first ones there. He walked into Kakashi sensei's room and sat down, then put his head down on his desk, tired. He heard the door open again and he lifted his head, to see Hinata walking towards her own desk which was pretty close to his. "Hello Hinata!" He called out cheerfully and smiled, and Hinata turned a funny shade of color. "H-h-hello N-na-naruto kun." She stuttered and looked down, then grabbed her books and sat, looking down at the table.

She was a strange one. "Uh, are you okay?" Naruto asked and she got all flustered. "Y-yes!" She stammered and Naruto grinned. "Good!" Hinata smiled at the desk and slowly opened her bag. Naruto just watched her, tired but having nothing else to do, she was the only moving thing in the room.

When he had just put his head down again, Someone opened the door. "Ugh, I hate Mondays." He heard Kiba's voice groan. "Ah, hello. You always come so early, how do you do it?" He asked Hinata. "Uh, Actually N-naruto kun came before me today." She looked down at the desk again, furiously scribbling on her homework.

Naruto heard his name and looked up. Kiba was looking at him, looking very surprised indeed. "Naruto...this is not some kind of a prank, right?" Naruto grinned. "I wish, but I guess I just got here early."

"...But you're never early..." Kiba mused, thinking hard. "I know what it is." He said after a moment of hard thinking. Naruto looked at him, waiting. "You're lacking a girlfriend." Kiba nodded to himself. Naruto's face turned a shade of pink. "And your first-That was your first, correct?-kiss had been taken by the Male God of the School: Sasuke Uchiha. Which will probably not help you out in this situation." Kiba saw Naruto's face turn red and frowned. "Why are you so embarrassed? It was basically a huge smack on the lips." Naruto nodded and put his head down again, forcing down the images that rose to his mind. Oh God, why did it have to be the Uchiha?

"Did you actually like it?" Kiba inquired, looking a bit sly and uncertain. Naruto shook his head, it was still buried. He wanted to change the subject NOW. "So how did the party go after I left?" He managed to ask and Kiba snorted. "Karin started screaming and threw the biggest bitch tantrum I had even seen, and then Ino's mom showed up home early and all of us got out of there. It kinda failed. Big time." Hinata gasped. She didn't show up to the party because she had to go to a meeting, her family was rich and they had a lot to do, it seemed.

Naruto laughed. "Well that just made my day." He commented and looked up. Kiba was still staring at him. "You need a girlfriend." Naruto saw Hinata fidgeting and figured it was pretty weird to be talking about his love life in front of a girl who seemed too shy. "I-I need to leave for a second." Hinata said and rushed out the room, closing the door softly. Kiba looked at the door for a moment and shrugged. "I don't get her."

Naruto didn't either, but didn't bother to comment. "I don't need a girlfriend. My life's complicated as it is." It was true...Kind of. He had homework, two jobs, and had to live be himself, which was pretty messy.
