Long Way Home (Drew)

Chapter 1

3 more minutes.

3 more minutes until I land.

I was on the plane with my friend, Bailey, going to meet, the one and only, Drew Philips. You might think I’m crazy but Drew and I are pretty tight. I couldn’t wait until I finally met him. I just wanted to hug him so tight and talk to him in person. it was finally about to happen.

"Bailey, I am freaking out."

"Lily, calm down everything is going to be okay."

We finally land in Granbury, Texas and wow it was hot. I was sweating and really hoping I didn’t smell. Okay now I was really excited. We were going to go to the mall tomorrow and meet drew there and I honestly was about to pee myself. Bailey’s dad was with staying with us the whole time while we were in Texas so he was going to drive us everywhere being the nice dad that he was.

*the next day*

I woke up and got dressed in the outfit that I already picked out 2 weeks before hand. This was the day I was going to meet him. Him. My friend over the internet. My sunshine. Bailey’s dad tells us that we have to go or else we will be late. We hop into the rental car and head to the mall.

When we enter the mall, my eyes were looking at every 16 year old white boy that passed me by. I was so nervous I was about to pee myself. I called drew and asked him where was he.

“Lily, I’m by the urban outfitters, where are you?"

"Drew stay right there I’m coming."

"Okay okay I’m staying."
