Long Way Home (Drew)

Day 1 out of 6

I wake up to Drew jumping on my bed.

"Wake up! wake up! wake up! Wake u-AHHHH" Drew fell off the bed and hit his head. I immediately got out of bed to check on him.

"Oh my god. are you ok?!" I said looking for any sign of blood.

"I guess I hurt myself falling for you." He said with a smirk.

"Your so stupid I thought you were actually hurt." I say crawling back to bed.

"No, you have to get upppp."

"Whyyyyy?" I said imitating him.

"Because I arranged a date for us. we are going to buy some stuff and then driving to a camping site to watch the stars. It'll be bad ass I promise."

"Fine. Let me change."

"No. No. No. Don't."

"But I'm wearing sweats and a t-shirt."

"Exactly. Exactly. Stay like that." Drew said eagerly.

"Is that all sir?" The sleepy cashier said.

"Yes, thank you." Drew said.

Drew bought a blow up pool, some blankets that are suppose to be extra warm, and some lights.

"Have a nice day." The man said.

Drew grabbed the bags and headed to the car. He put everything the the trunk and started the car.

"Okay. We have a four hour drive so get comfortable."

"OMFG Drew. FOUR HOURS?"

"Ya but it'll be okay." he says as he kisses me on the cheek.

"Babe, we are here." he says.

"Drew, it's almost sunset."

"I know. That's the point. Okay help me blow up the pool."

After we blew up the pool, drew puts the blankets and pillows he had in the back of the car in the pool.

"Lay down." Drew said.

"Ok?" I said, confused because I didn't know what he was doing. As I lie down, he puts a blanket over me and joins me hugging me tightly because it was cold.

"Drew, what are we doing?"

"Look up."

I look up and see multiple colors and a beautiful sky. He was watching the sunset with me. He was so cute. He arranged all of this for our first day.

"Are we going to watch the sunset?" I asked.

"Well, I overheard you talking to Bailey over the phone once that you would love to go and watch the sunset here with someone so I decided to make it happen. Are you comfortable? I saw this on tumblr and I made sure you stayed in your pjs so you'd be warm."

"This is perfect. Can we also stay to watch the stars?" I ask, making a puppy face at him.

"Of course. Anything if it means spending time with you."
