"Um..." Bailey's dad said.
"Um..." Drew said. "Honestly, I can call my mom and ask her if you can stay. I don't think she'll mind. She knows you're my friend and I bet she won't care."
"Okay. Let me go call my parents and ask them."
I ran 20 feet away from drew and dialed my parents.
"MOM DREW ASKED ME TO STAY AT HIS HOUSE BECAUSE BAILEY HAS A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND IF I DONT STAY WITH HIM, I HAVE TO LEAVE TEXAS AND MOM I REALLY WANT TO STAY HERE MOM PLE-"
"Ok"
"MOM WHAT?"
"I said yes. I know how much you and Drew bonded and I know that he makes you happy. I KNOW THAT IS YOU STAY AT DREWS HOUSE YOU WILL BE SAFE AND NOT DO ANYTHING STUPID." My mom said emphasizing the word stupid. "So I'm letting you."
"OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH OMG OMG OMG YOUVE GOT BE KIDDING. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH THANK YOU."
"Lily I'm not kidding don't do anything stupid. No funny business. I swear to god if you come to the airport and you're with child I'm going to kill you.'
"I'm not going to do anything. I swear. OMG I can't believe this is happening. Thank you. Okay I got to go. BYE."
I ran back to drew and I told him that I could stay with him and he said I could stay also.
This summer is going to be fun.
