I THOUGHT I UPDATED THIS CHAPTER LAST WEEK BC I REMEMBER WRITING THIS IN CLASS BUT I GUESS SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND IT DIDNT UPDATE SO IM SORRY THIS IS LATE BUT HERE YOU GO ❤️❤️❤️

I fell asleep next to drew on the couch and woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. I got out of drews embrace and went to answer my phone.

"Hello?" I said, not in the mood for my mothers morning talks.

"Hey Lily. Listen I'm really sorry I have to be the person who does this but your flight is actually tommorrow and is leaving early morning. I'm sorry i got the date wrong and you have to leave a day earlier than you were planning. I have to go because your sister is crying but I hope your having fun. Call me tonight after you eat dinner. I miss you! Sorry I'm in such a rush but I just wanted to tell you about your flight."

" Umm its okay. I'll talk to you tonight mom."

"Okay, bye. Love you."

"Bye."

How was I supposed to tell drew. I dont want to leave earlier. I want to stay here in texas forever. I want to stay in Drew's arms forever. I just want to be with him. I started tearing up, finally realizing that tomorrow I have to leave my Drew and fly 1,140 miles away. I cuddled up next to Drew and fit my head in between his chest and started crying silently. I made sure I wouldn't wake him and slowly fell asleep again.

I woke up an hour later and I see drew on his phone playing with my hair.

"Hey. Are you okay?" Drew asked

"Ya, why wouldn't I be?"

"Well my sweater is wet and your eyes are puffy so im guessing you were crying. Did you have a nightmare again?"

"No, no, its just that my mom called me and said that my flight-"

"was delayed!" Drew said with a huge smile.

"-is tommorow morning."

His face went blank.

"Bu-but-but...your flight was supposed to be in 2 days. w-we didnt finish our 6 days. w-w-we were supposed to go to the park and the aquaruim. We didnt finish. You cant leave. I dont want you to leave."

"I'm sorry. Theres nothing I can do. School is about to start and I have to get ready for it. I want to stay and I want to be here with you. We said we would work on it right?"

"Ya, I know." He said with a frown.

There was a moment of silence. He was playing with my fingers and then suddenly got up.

"Come on, lets get you packed and then lets go out to eat."

"Okay, fine."

"Go upstairs and start. I'll be there in a second, I have to get something from my car." and with that he runs outside.

I was almost done packing (thanks for the help drew) and as I was putting my stuff in my luggage I was remembering all the memories we had. The bear drew won me at the carnival, the underwear Drew walked in on me, and the shirt that had a blood stain from when drew got beat up. Drew came into the room and was holding something behind his back.

"Okay, I was thinking and I want you to have something of mine that everytime you look at it you think of me. So this is the hoodie I wore when I first met you and I want you to have it."

The hoodie said PHILLIPS 08 in big letters on the back and on the front it had Granbury High's logo. I remember that day like it was yesterday. He was so cute and cuddly. I started tearing up.

"Awww babe. Don't start crying." he says, coming next to me and hugging me while rubbing my back. "We said we would get through this right?"

He held out his pinky.

"Promise?"

"Promise."
