As people ran through the doors, frightened for their life's. Mason and I ran to the town plaza, as other people who were currently there, looked at us all in panic, as they knew something bad was going to happen. We could hear sirens pierce the cold crisp air, but soon to diminish as the police car was blown up. For the first time in forever, I felt powerless to stop him. I was always around the sisters, and I could use my magic freely. But now, in the open. I couldn't do that, I had to protect the secret, that we all have been protecting for years.

Suddenly as we tried to exit the other end of the plaza, a projection of the man appeared in front of us. He wore a different outfit, he had a golden armour on his, a golden helmet with horns, his staff getting a type of extension of its own.

"Kneel before me," he states, as Mason pulls us inwards to the plaza, as more of the projects of the man, surrounded the group of people from the Gala and the locals.

"I said..." He slams the staff on the ground, and the orb in the middle glows a bright blue colour. "KNEEL!!" He yells at us all. One by one, the crowd began to kneel, and kept it like a Mexican wave, but kneeling. As Mason and I began to drop onto our knees. I couldn't believe it; I was kneeling to a demon or whatever he was. He raised his hands out as a smile came to his face, as people behind started to kneel.

He started to walk through the crowd as he spoke his words. "Is not this simpler? Is this not your natural state? It's the unspoken truth of humanity, that you crave subjugation. The bright lure of freedom scramble for power, for identity. You were made to be ruled... In the end, you will always kneel," he finishes his pathetic speech, that humans will need to be ruled over, but they didn't.

As the words resonated into the kneeling crowd, an elder German man that kneeled beside us, started to stand. My eyes stared at him, he was being heroic, even in this dangerous position.

"No to men like you," he stood fully up, as people couldn't even look at what will happen next to the elderly, and I couldn't just watch, as an elderly person risked their life. It was my job as a witch to protect innocent lives.

"There are no men like me," the strangely dressed man comments, while smiling. I took a deep breath, my hands shaking as I never stood up to a demon or whatever he was before, I always had the sister's help.

I started to stand, my heels clicking against the stone ground, as I stood fully next to the elderly man. I could feel the madman's eyes upon me smirking, as I felt other eyes from the kneeling crowd looking at me. I could feel Mason's eyes staring at me like I was crazy and had a death wish. Death was mean...

"There are always men like you," I state confidently, as I stand close to the elderly man. Feeling like this was going to go south. He gives me a smirk, before pointing the staff at us.

"Look to your young and elder, people. Let them be an example," the staff started to generate blue energy from the tip, and it was going to shoot out. I took a protective stance in front of the elderly man. Within seconds the energy fired from the tip of the staff, coming straight for us, I was ready for the hit.

Before, it could come close enough to hurt us, a man in a suit dropped from the sky with his shield, landing right in front of me. Deflecting the attack, and sending the energy blast back to the man, knocking him on his ass.

"You know, the last time I was in Germany and saw a man standing above everybody else, we ended up disagreeing," The man in the suit states. But I knew who it was; the colours were a big give away and the shield too. It was Captain America! He walked forward as he spoke the words.

"The soldier... The man out of time," the madman states, as he uses the staff to stable himself to his feet. Never breaking eye contact, as people started to stand to their own feet, ready to flee.
