"Uhh..."
All I woke up to was white. A white light all around me. "...Am I...dead?" I asked myself. I then reached out my hand in the air. "No, you're not dead." I heard a feminine voice call out to me.
My vision then became much more clearer. I was in a hospital bed. Machines and tubes hanged onto my arms. "I see that you're awake now." The voice said. I turned my head over to my right to see a young nurse smiling at me.
I slightly smiled back at her, not wanting to use so much of my energy. The nurse then told me about my condition and how I should take care of my body more.
"I wouldn't skip out on meals and sleep anymore. You'll be needing to take a break from dancing to rest your feet and body."
"Yes, thank you." The nurse then pulled out a white envelope from her side pocket. "A person came by as you were still sleeping. They wanted to give this to you."
I took the small envelope from her hand. Not wanting to open it in front of her, I quickly placed it on my lap as I waited her to leave.
After she checked all of the machines attached to me, including also telling me that I'll be out of the hospital by tomorrow, I opened the small letter carefully.
