"Ah yes, I'm sorry I spaced out." I bowed my head to the police officer sitting in his desk looking at his computer.
"Tell me, had Cai Xukun have any bad relationships with any other people?" The officer asked. Me and Yanjun shook our heads telling him no. "He was nice to everyone though. I wouldn't think anyone would have something against him to shoot him." Yanjun told him.
"Well, take a look at the cameras." He showed us the screen of his computer, showing four different slides of camera views where Xukun got shot.
"There's a person who comes in at 9:34 pm," The officer scrolled through the time. "Here."
"A girl...?"
"She wearing a black cap, gloves, and a mask. We couldn't make up her identity but we have a feeling she's the one who pulled the trigger."
I paused the camera screen at the mysterious girl who walked though the alleyway.
'Why does it feel like I know her....'
"Who was the one that found Xukun there?" The officer took back his computer. "Me and Ziyi had to meet him since we were going to a restaurant for dinner. After an 1 hour of waiting, we searched for Xukun, finding him in the alleyway 2 blocks away from the restaurant." Yanjun continued telling the officer.
After investigating more into the scene, me and Yanjun left the police department and went back to the hospital.
The two of us headed back to the car where we park on the side of the street.
"Zhengting..."
"What is it Yanjun?" I look up from my phone and stared at the car.
"Holy shit.."
