XVII. SHOW OF SUPPORT

When the Serpents walk out the Whyte Wyrm, Enoch runs to Sweet Pea's side, grabbing his hand right away. "I came as soon as Toni told me.." He whispers to him and Sweet Pea nods, pulling him close as they continued running. "I'm glad you're here.." Sweet Pea whispered back and Enoch smiles. "Of course.." He says, as they continued.

Once they got to Archie's, Enoch helps Sweet Pea and the other Serpents settle in and the next morning following, Enoch helps Fred Andrews make breakfast. "Thanks for helping out, Enoch." Jughead says and Enoch nods with a smile. "Happy to help, for SP, of course." He says right when Sweet Pea walks in. "Hey, come here, I wanna talk." Sweet Pea said, reaching out for his hand which he grabs.

"What is it?" He asked as Sweet Pea leads him out of the house and once they reach the porch, Sweet Pea leans down and attached their lips together. Enoch starts kissing back right away with his hands to Sweet Pea's neck, then pulls away with a smile. "Thought you wanted to talk?" He chuckles.

Sweet Pea just smiles, looking away then back at Enoch in the eyes. "More kiss you than talk, actually.. As a thank you for sticking by my side." He says and Enoch smirks slightly up at him. "You're gonna have to do a lot, way lot better than that.." He whispers, stepping closer to Sweet Pea who looks down between them, his mouth gaping a bit.

"Don't tempt me." He says, realizing what Enoch meant by that and the Northsider chuckled, leaning up again and kissing the Southsider. "I love you." He says when he pulls away with a small smile. "I love you too, Enoch Cooper.." Sweet Pea whispers, smiling as he stares into Enoch's blue eyes.

At the school, Enoch stood side by side with Sweet Pea when Principal Weatherbee walked out, looking at them all. "What's the meaning of this?" He asked, facing the other way then Archie spoke, "it's a show of support." The man turns to face him.

"For the Southsiders who are being wrongly transferred out of our school. Everyone's ready to walk out, Principal Weatherbee." He says and Weatherbee turns the other way. "Any student who walks out better keep walking because they'll be expelled." He says and Enoch looks up at Sweet Pea who smirks at him, staring up and down at him making his eyes widen as he looks away.

"You're a good man, Principal Weatherbee. You're not the kind of person who discriminates. And if you are? Then expel me. Because I don't wanna be a part of that." Archie says and Enoch crosses his arms. "Everyone. Get to class." Principal Weatherbee says before walking into the office and Enoch looks at Sweet Pea with a smile on his face.

"Thought you never wanted to show your face here again?" Sweet Pea says as he wraps his arm around him. "Yeah, but I wanted to stand by you, to support you, SP. Plus Toni told me they were gonna send you guys to Seaside High and I didn't want you to go." He says with a smile and Sweet Pea stares down at him as they continue walking. "You look hot in that, by the way." He says with a grin and Enoch smiles slightly, blushing slightly as he looks down.

"The serpent jacket looks weird on me, but I wore it for you." He says and Sweet Pea gasped. "Baby, that sounds hot, please say more." He says and Enoch rolls his eyes with a small smile. "I'm gonna head home, I'll see you later after school?" He asked and Sweet Pea only nods. "I love you," he says and Enoch smiles widely. "You said it first!" He points to Sweet Pea who rolls his eyes as he comes to a stop. "I love you too, SP." He says as he heads for the exit and Sweet Pea stands there, watching him with a small smile.

After the election for student council, Sweet Pea walks in. "Enoch. Hey.." He says, sitting beside him. "Hey, babe.." Enoch says as he bounces the baby up and down in his lap. "Woah, where did the baby come from?" Sweet Pea asked as he nervously chuckled. "Well, I adopted one, I even forged your signature so you could be the other dad to her, SP." Enoch says and Sweet Pea's eyes widen.

"Kidding, obviously. This is Polly's one of twin babies, there's the other one." He points to the other baby sleeping and then looks to Sweet Pea who just stood there, staring at him. "What?" He asked with a chuckle. "You'd make a pretty good dad, one day.." He says with a small smile and Enoch smiles slightly as he looks at the baby in his hands.

"How was the election? What happened? Who won?" He asked as he gestures for his boyfriend to sit with him and Sweet Pea walks over to sit beside him. "Well.. Weatherbee announced that Southsiders are staying at the school even after we trashed it, Archie won student body president. And now Cheryl is apart of the Serpents, oh and FP is retired now. Making Jughead the Serpent king..." Sweet Pea said, starting to ramble at one point as he spoke.

"Oh.. Okay?" He says and Sweet Pea chuckles, staring at the baby in his arms. "You wanna hold her? her name is Juniper but I nickname her June.." He says with a grin at Juniper and Sweet Pea just stares at the baby. "No.. No thanks." He says and Enoch sighs. "Okay.. But you're missing out, babies are amazing." He says and Sweet Pea chuckles.

"Well, you look very cute with one." He says, smiling at Juniper then at Enoch and the blue eyed boy holds Juniper to him closer. "I know right?" He says, smiling widely and Sweet Pea chuckles. "You're such a dork, Enoch.." The Serpent says with a small smile and the Northsider looks over to him.

"You wanna stay the night?" He asked and Sweet Pea sighs but nods his head with a small smile. "If it's okay with you." He says as he puts his hand to Enoch's back. "Yeah.. Totally. But my mom wants the door open, unlocked and you have to sleep on a seperate bed, but hey, I'm a total badass so we'll do the exact opposite." He says and Sweet Pea chuckles, shaking his head as he looks down.

"You're sure something, Northside Prince.." He says as he looks over at his boyfriend again with a small smile. "Jesus, that nickname makes me nostalgic already.." He whispers and Sweet Pea smiles, leaning over to press a kiss to his cheek. "My Northside Prince." He whispers making Enoch blush but smile a lot as he looks at Sweet Pea.
