The New Girl in Town

CHAPTER 5

 WOW. It's been a while since I updated. I was done with this chapter a few days ago but I don't feel like posting it yet. Now that I've posted it, I haven't really proofread it so yeah, just bear with some errors there. And actually I am feeling that this chappie has floating thoughts, my mind is not really in sync right now so I'm not feeling myself today. But I still hope everyone can enjoy this story, pleaseee, if anybody reads this let me know because readers are inspirations.

You know what? I have something to share! HAHA I knew a guy from FIFA and his name is James Rodriguez. He's such a charming man and because I love him now I might include him in this story. HAHAHA

Chapter 5

Napalingon ang isang lalaki at parang hindi naniwala ang dalawang mata ko kung sino ang aking nakita. No way!

He’s wearing a pale purple v-neck shirt. Damn him, sorry for cursing but those broad shoulders are really an impressive sight. He’s also wearing a loose dark jeans and a pair of sneakers.

“Hey there buddy!” Napansin agad nung guy si Graeme at agad napangiti. Di ko alam kung anong tawag sa ginawa nila pero parang nag-apir sila tapos nagchest bump sila.

“Dude, I didn’t expect to see you here! Training tomorrow at 5:30 in the morning and you’re still here?” That was Graeme.

“As if you don’t have training too, huh? Man, med school is really deadly. You should be facing books now.” Natawa sila pareho. Napansin kong close talaga ‘tong dalawa. Napapangiti na lang ako habang nanunuod sa dalawang higante na ‘to.

“Anyways, Bud, I’d like you to meet a friend here, Belle. Belle, this is Nathan, he’s also taking up Public Health in Grad School.”

Nung napunta na sa akin ang tingin nilang dalawa, ‘di ko talaga magalaw ang dila ko at feeling ko wala nang lalabas na salita mula sa akin. Nakatitig lang ako kay Nathan, nakakunot ang noo nya at parang inaalala kung nagkita na nga ba kami. Nagkatitigan kami at para akong matutunaw sa kinatatayuan ko. He may not have blue eyes, but those brown eyes are just so perfect for him.

“H-hi,” ako na ang pumutol ng maikling katahimikan.

“So, is there any chance that you two have bumped into each other? I mean, graduate school isn’t too big.” Sabi ni Graeme.

“uhm- no not yet, I haven’t had Public Health courses today, just the extra ones.” Shizz. Nakita kong ngumisi ang lalaking nakatitig sa akin. Ayoko malaman ni Graeme ang incident kanina sa pool. That’s really embarrassing. Sana wag na ungkatin ni Nathan if ever na naalala nya.

“It’s just the first day Graeme, I haven’t done much today but trainings in the morning and in the afternoon. And where were you this afternoon? Nick was looking for you because you didn’t finish the final set of ab workouts!” Sabay tawa ni Nathan. And he talked as if I didn’t exist! Sabagay, ako naman ang unang tumakwil sa kanya. I don’t mind him not minding me, okay na ko sa pagpapantasya sa kanya.

“Come on pal, let’s not talk about swimming tonight in front of a fine young lady.” Nginitian ako ni Graeme.
