Chapter 6: Time Loop

"Let's start with you guys telling me your names."

"There he is, ded like a hamburger."

Those were the first words out of Hartman's mouth when he went down to the basement.

"I'm not a hamburger!" Pennywise yelled back.

The clown got up. "You ready for some magic?"

Hartman rolled his eyes. "Magic?"

"After I die, did I tell you why I'm re-spawning on this table? I'm actually off in a different dimension. So I learned how to make a time loop."

"Wait, why does your mask say 'Let's Go'?" Hartman interrupted.

"It's called, 'Let's go give me the ability to make a time loop.' It will put you back to where you first met me. Like, sitting on this table, this time around, cause I already set the time loop, and if you don't beat me in a game, it's called Need For Speed Nitro. If you don't beat me, you have to try it all over again."

And do you know what Sergeant Hartman's response was?

"Nope. I'm not doing that. Bye." He began to walk away when Pennywise said,

"HOW ABOUT... how about you just try?"

But Hartman wasn't about to fall for that.

"There's no point in doing this. Nope."

"But, this time loop is never gonna end! You're gonna have to come back and relive this if you don't do it. So if you go up those stairs without agreeing and shaking my hand, you'll have to redo this whole thing. Don't believe me? Try."

"Ok." Hartman said. "I'll try." But just as Hartman was about to walk up, he changed his mind. "Nope. I'm not gonna try."

"Just try." Pennywise said.

"Fine." Hartman replied. "I'm gonna try- NOPE."

"You know what?" Pennywise protested. "You don't believe me, just walk out that door. DEW IT."

"OK, FINE. I'll walk out that door. I'LL WALK OUT imded." And Hartman fell towards the ground.

He awoke remembering nothing of the past few minutes. It was just as it was before.

"There he is, ded like a hamburger. Wait, didn't I just say that?"

"Yep, you did!" Pennywise said, grinning. "Cause you're in a time loop. Let's get on with it! Wanna make a deal? You have to beat me in Need For Speed Nitro in order to get out of this time loop."

Hartman didn't have to think twice. "Sure. Let's go."

So while those 2 battled, everyone else was forming a plan.

"Alright, Terra, Aqua." Tony called. "You guys seem like good fighters. You can help me take down Pennywise. Bill, Georgie, Ven. I'm not sure what you can do."

"Hey! I can fight!" Ven protested.

"That may be so, but we can't risk you facing him again." Aqua reminded. "Remember last time?"

Ven nodded. "But then what can I do?"

"I-I'm good with computers. M-M-Maybe we can h-help tell you if you're in d-danger or something."

Tony thought about it. "Well, I can't risk you staying here."

"Wait." Aqua said. "I think I know a guy to help them." She pulled out a necklace of an eye that she had kept hidden.

"Whoa! Aqua, where did you get that?" Terra demanded.

"I'm sorry, Terra. I haven't told you everything. When you were gone, someone gave this to me. He's a sorcerer. Watch."

She tapped the necklace, and about 15 seconds later, an orange circle appeared in front of them, and a man walked out. Everyone jumped at the sight of this.

"Hey! It's ok." Aqua reassured. "He's fine."

"Who are you supposed to be?" Tony asked.

"I'm Doctor Steven Strange. Aqua sent me to help with the clown."

"Whoa!" Georgie gasped, marveled.

"You said you needed me to help the kids?" Strange asked Aqua.

"Well, yes."

"Wait, Aqua! He could really help us fight!" Tony reminded.

"But then what would the kids do?" She asked.

"Come with us, of course." The sorcerer replied.

For once, the majority ruled.

"Fine, they can come." Aqua relented. "But stay behind us! You won't want to get hurt."

They nodded.

"Alright." Tony said. "What's our first move?"
