The Clown

Chapter 8: Sorcererz

And just then, the doorbell rang.

"Who could that be?" Hartman wondered.

So Hartman went to the front door and opened it. There stood Terra, grinning.

"I knew you were alive!" He said.

"Yes, I survived him." Hartman declared.

"So you killed him?"

"Oh, yeah. I've killed him about 3 times now!"

Terra's eyes widened. "What?!" He exclaimed.

"He can't die. He's always just off in another dimension, getting an upgrade and respawning!"

"Wait... Upgrade? Respawning?"

"It's a long story."

So Sergeant Hartman told Terra the whole thing. He talked about the drinking, the old ladies, his mom, the time loop, and the electric scooter.

"Wow, so that's why you didn't come back."

"Yeah." Hartman replied. "Come on, let's go see him."

So they headed downstairs, and there he was.

Terra's eyes widened. "I don't remember him like that." He said.

Pennywise laughed. "Private Terra's alive!"

Terra looked at Hartman, confused.

"He claimed that he killed you." He explained.

"Well, apparently I'm alive."

"Yeah."

"You... Wanna... Take this to the streets?" Pennywise slurred.

"Actually, that's what I was thinking!" Terra piped up.

"What?" Hartman asked.

"You'll see."

So they teleported to the circle. Pennywise got up, ready to fight.

"I'm gonna kill you." He said.

"Not yet." Terra replied. He pointed up.

In the sky, a figure appeared. He got closer, and closer until he slammed onto the ground. It was Tony Stark, the Iron Man.

"What?!" Pennywise gasped. "Where did you come from?"

"The sky." Tony replied. And he held up his hand and blasted the clown back.

Pennywise teleported behind him, but suddenly, Tony wasn't there anymore.

"WHAT?!" Pennywise yelled. Then he heard a whistle. He looked up, and was hit with a fist of iron.

Pennywise hit the ground in a daze. Terra, Hartman, Tony Stark, and Dr. Strange walked up to the drunken clown.

"What..." Pennywise mumbled.

"You've said that about 3 times now." Tony stated. "Let's make it 4." And with that, Dr. Strange teleported Pennywise through a hole, and the clown was gone.

"He's going to be falling for a very long time." Strange said.

"Why didn't we just kill him?" Tony asked.

"Then he'd just respawn again." Hartman replied. "Good thinking, um... Who are you again?"

"Dr. Strange. I'm a sorcerer."

"Right. And you..." He said, pointing to Tony. "I've seen you before. You're Iron Man, right?"

"Yeah. Call me Tony."

They left and went back to The Land of Departure.

Let's just say... It was not pretty.
