A young boy around the age of fifteen ran through the dark and foggy woods of long island. He breathed heavily as sweat ran down his face and his clothes seemed to be dirty and torn. The boy kept running and running as he knew if he stopped,he would be dead. The boy heard the sound of wings above him,but dared not to look up and just kept running for his life. He had been running for what,one,two days ever since his mother told him they would be coming for him and he only had a short time to leave to get to the safe place. Camp Half Blood. The boy kept running before he felt something knock him over full force as he rolled on the ground. The boy scared looked up as he saw a leathery skinned winged creature land in front of him with a terrifying smile on its face

A Fury as the beast was known from ancient Greek legends and myths. The Beast went closer to Peter as the boy backed away in terror as the creature simply laughed.

Fury:Little Demi God,the chase is over so let this be an easy kill!

The beast than lunged at the boy as he held up his arms in an effort to protect himself."G-GET AWAY FROM ME!!" Peter yelled terrified as he closed his eyes as something happened. Out of nowhere he felt his fist felt warm and he opened his eyes to see the fury yelled in pain as it seemed to be on fire. The boy than looked at his fist as fire seemed to around it and to his surprise he didn't felt his hand hurt. The fire faded away from the boy's fist as the creature kept screaming in pain. The boy took the opportunity and ran as fast as he could and far far away from the unholy creature chasing him. The boy kept running and running until he got to a clearing with a hill and a huge tree. The boy ran up the hill and ran before he tripped and rolled down the hill. The boy tumbled down the hill until he came to a stop at a huge stone gate that read camp half-blood.

The boy looked at the gate and stood up as a he saw a few kids wearing orange shirts come up to him and stared at him. Peter looked at them a bit uneasy and than heard the sound of a horse galloping and was shocked when he saw what appeared to be a half man half horse creature with a scruffy beard wearing a blazer walk up to him

The centaur looked at the boy and smiled warmly at him.

Chiron:Hello young demi god. Welcome to camp half blood. My name is Chiron

Peter looked at Chiron with shock and was about to speak,but was interrupted by the sounds of kids pointing and seeing. Peter looked at them confused and than looked up to see a hammer logo made of fire above him. Chiron smiled at the boy.

Chiron:Welcome to a safe place,son of Hephaestus
