Into The Realm of The Shadows

Ren, Ryuji, and Morgana, while becoming friends, explore the Metaverse while attempting to infiltrate a certain person's palace. One things for sure, this will not be easy.

Shujin Academy

Sunset was setting very quickly. Ren was looking at his phone while sitting on the stairs outside of the school with Morgana. 

"You should've been more careful with your powers." Morgana said in a serious tone. "Any more of the chaos, and you could wind up in jail--or worse, secret government facility."

Ren said nothing--just stared at his phone, which had an app that mysteriously appeared on the screen. 

"Uh, hello! Are you listening to me?"

"Huh? Oh sorry!" Ren replied. "I was just looking at this strange app on my phone. It won't go away."

"An app. Let me see?"

And the boy showed him the app, with a red and black eyeball as the icon. 

"Oh yeah, I remember that app. That's the Metanav."

"Metanav?"

"Yeah, it can help you get into the Metaverse, but only when it's dark can you access it."

"Got it." 

"YO!" another voice was heard from behind. It was Ryuji walking down. "Mind if I walk with you?" 

Wow! When did he get start getting sociable?

"Um...sure." Ren responded politely.

And with that they were off.

"So, about that practice today..." said Ryuji, which made Ren feel more uncomfortable until. "THAT WAS AWESOME!"

"Wait, what?"

"Dude, I don't know how, but what you did back there was amazing!"   

Ren did not think that this guy would actually like what he did back there.

"You really think so?"

"Heck yeah!" the blondie beamed brightly as he tact his fist together. "That'll teach that pervy bast#@# of a coach not to mess with teens, am I right?"

This struck to bespectacled boy's mind as it echoed the words "Pervy bast#@#of a coach" .

"Sounds like he has issues with our coach, Kamoshida." Morgana purred.

Ren agreed and said, "So, can you tell me more about this Kamoshida guy?" 

"Oh, I have got  A LOT to tell you about him!" Ryuji said. "Where do I even BEGIN!"

And so as they were walking, the blondie began explaining about how Kamoshida disbanded the track and run team while breaking the kid's leg as well as taking Ann "home" from school and being a creepy stalker in the women's locker room.

"He really is a pervert, isn't it?" Ren exclaimed. 

"Yeah!" said Ryuji. "So--man, it's so dark out!"

The blondie wasn't kidding, it really was getting to be dark outside. 

"C'mon! We'd better hurry and get home before our parents--"

Before Ryuji could finish, there was a beeping sound in Ren's phone. Ren pulled it out and saw the eyeball icon was still there. He kept tapping until, sure enough, he was able to access into it. It revealed a spirals of black and white. It was surely eye-rapping.
