Ann woke up in an empty world. She then looked up and down at her surroundings--wondering what kind of dimension she just stumbled onto. After that, she then saw a young girl with black ponytail hair wearing a school uniform.
Ann: (excited with tears in her eyes) SHIHO! OH MY! GOD SHIHO!
You had no idea how relieved she was to see her best friend once more...alive with no bruises...hopefully she wasn't as despondent as she was before.
The quarter-American girl then ran up to her just to get close...
Ann: You have no idea how happy I am to see you! Are you okay? Shiho...it's me, Ann...how are you--
Turning her best friend around to see her, she saw something horribly shocking...
Shiho's eyes and mouth were nothing but black.
Shiho: (melts into black and red goo)AAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!
Ann: Sh-shiho....(falls down and tries scoot away from the ooze)WHAT THE--WHAT IS THIS?! GET IT AWAY FROM ME!! SHIHO!!
Just then, there was a sound of cracking glass, only for everything to shatter underneath.
Ann screamed as she plummeting down into the abyss.
Then there was a giant glowing orange mouth piercing through the darkness.
She then landed on a huge thud--waking up to see huge, colorfully spiral, eyes and that grinning orange mouth.
Familiar Demonic Voice: SHE'S MINE NOW!
Ann: K-Kamoshida...?
Familiar Demonic Voice: NOW IT'S YOUR TURN!! HAHAHAHAAAA!

Ann: AAAH!!
She was sweating from head to toe as she looked around in her room. What she experienced was the worst nightmare ever.
Ann: (crying)Shiho...I'm sorry...I wasn't there for you~....
Mysterious Female Voice: My...what a despairing situation for you to be in~...
Ann: *Ghk*Wh-who said that...?
Mysterious Female Voice: Tell me, darling, who's going to avenge her if you don't~...
Ann grabbed her head so hard as she wobbled out of bed.
Mysterious Female Voice: Forgiveness was never the option...such as the screams of your true inner self~...
Ann: GAAAAH!! IT BURNS!!
Mysterious Female Voice: Ah, yes, that would be the rage--my rage--quelling inside of you~...I am thou, thou art I...we can finally form a contract, wouldn't you agree~?
Ann: Yes...I hear you...Carmen...YOU'RE RIGHT! NO MORE HOLDING BACK!
Suddenly, bonfire was engulfing her entire body.
Carmen: There you go...nothing can be solved by restraining yourself...understand, darling~? Then I'll gladly lend you my strength~!
Without thinking she bursted the door open with her flames and then zoomed off.
Ann's Mom: Ann, what was that just now...Ann?
