Time Skip *** Halloween (Saturday, two weeks after the costume contest) 

It was only around 7 pm when you got a text from Jonah telling you to come over. You had already gotten an invite from him for his party but it wasn't supposed to start until nine or so. 

You texted Jonah back saying that you weren't gonna go over there until later. You could only get a ride from Chelse and she was coming late. This was only because you couldnt tell your parents about the party. If you did, they obviously wouldn't let you go. So, instead, you told them that one of the girls on your basketball team is throwing a party and Chelse wanted to give you a ride.

She was gonna come and get you after eight thirty so you decided to start getting ready. You took a shower and then blow dried your hair. You put it up so it was in a loose ponytail with little whispies coming out the sides. You liked it like that but you didnt really think that anyone else did. Well, that was until Zach told you that he thought you looked really hot when you wore your hair like that. 

You and Zach were still going strong. It had been almost a month of you guys being together. You became official the day after you all went over to Chelse's. You guys couldn't be happier together. Zach gave you all of his attention and made sure that you were happy and comfortable all the time. You did the same for him but not in a needy type girlfriend way. You guys hadn't done 'it' yet but you were thinking that if you guys stayed together through junior year, you'd give it up at prom. 

Anyways, you put your hair up and then put on a skin tight, long sleeved light orange shirt. It came down into a low cut Vneck that showed off just enough clevage to be just the right amount of sluttiness. It was also off the shoulder. You then put on high waisted ripped jeans and white converse. You put on a little necklace that Gabbie had gotten you when she went to California for a week. You also put on little ghost earrings. 

When you and Chelse arrived at the party, it was already so crowded. There were cars parked everywhere and there were even people partying outside. There were actually a lot  of people partying outside. 

Chelse finally finds a space to park where she wont get towed and you guys make your way inside. It wasn't before long when you found Jonah and Daniel talking on his couch. 

"Hey guys" you say as they both stand up. Daniel and Chelse met in a hug. They had been really flirty with each other for the past couple weeks as well. They hadn't kissed yet for all you know. Chelse told you that they were just taking things slow. 

Christina and Gabbie kinda showed up outa nowhere while you and Jonah were talking. 

"Y/n!" They both say hugging you. "Happy Halloween" Christina says smiling as they both pull back. "yeah, happy Halloween to you guys" you say. Gabbie looked kinda drunk when she asked, "do you wanna drink girl? I can totally tell that you need to loosen up a bit". 

You don't usually drink at parties but then again, you don't usually go to parties. You shrugged and accepted the offer. Gabbie and Christina then went to go get one for you. Jonah took your hand which threw you a little off guard and he pulled you down to sit with him. 

"This is a crazy party" you say loud enough for him to hear. The music was extremely loud but you could barely hear it over the yells and screams of everyone having fun. 

"I know" he says. "I usually help host this party every year at one of my other friends houses but he was out of town for the holiday so I just decided to have it here." 

You and Jonah sit and talk and Christina comes back with your drink". 

"Thanks" you say taking it from her. "Hey, where did Gabbie go?" 

"Oh, she found Jack on the way back and they kinda got busy. Sorry Jonah but I think I saw them heading up to your parents room". 

Jonah rolled his eyes but before he could say anything, some girl yelled out, "WHOS UP FOR SEVEN MINUTES IN HEAVEN!!" 

The entire house shook as everybody screamed back, exclaiming how much they all wanted to play. 

"Are we actually gonna play?" You ask Jonah. He looks you up and down a little. 

"I think it would be fun...unless...no nevermind". 

"What" you say sassily. 

"Oh well, I mean, if your too chicken then-" 

you punch his shoulder hard. 

"Ouch!" He says with a laugh. "I only just got out off of my crutches, do you really want me to get another cast?" 

You both stood up and joined the circle of people who wanted to play. You looked around but didnt see Zach anywhere. You thought that it would be okay of you played maybe once but not seriously. 

The way the game worked was that someone would spin a bottle and then whoever it landed on, they would both have to go into a closet together for seven minutes. The point of the game was to make out or something but you didn't always have to do that. 

Lots of people played and then it came down to Jonah. Jonah took the bottle and spun it. You didnt see Vic anywhere either. You were distracted by trying to locate her, you didnt even realize that the bottle had landed on you. You felt your heart flutter. You hadn't thought about being with Jonah romantically for a while. You thought you had gotten over him. 

You and Jonah both stepped into this big dark walk in closet he had off by his kitchen. You heard someone outside start their timer on their phone. 

"Well this is a little wierd" you say. Jonah looks down at his feet. 

"Is it though?" He asks. Your taken back a little. 

"I mean, we don't really have to do anything" he says. "Unless you want to.." 

"No way! I'm with Zach and you're with Vic...Speaking of" you say. "Where is she". 

"I invited her but I haven't seen her. I gotta tell you something though. Vic and I, we aren't really doing that well. We've actually been on a break for a few weeks." 

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry" you say. You knew why they were on the rocks. It was because she was so rude to you and called you a slut. 

"I wanted to tell you how nice you looked tonight but it was too loud" he says. 

"Oh, well thanks" you say blushing."Can I be completely honest with you?" You say."...I don't like Victoria". 

"I know" he says back. "She told me your history together when I confronted her with what she said to you." 

"Also, when we hang out, why do you always exclude her...like with the costume contest. We didnt even talk about doing that together". 

Jonah sighed. "It was because I wanted to do it with you and I needed a break from her. I never told you this, y/n but before we really knew each other, I had a big crush on you" .

You didnt say anything back. 

"I know it's stupid and you're with Zach and I'm technically still with Vic but I really liked you. I even liked you when I was with Vic. Heck, I even liked you when we all went over to Chelse's that one night....I think I even like you now". 

You look up into his eyes. You walked really close to him so his chest was touching yours. 

"I really like you, y/n". 

"Jonah" you start. But, before you can say anything else, Jonah takes your face in his hands, leans down and kisses you.
