Eunhyuk and I sit in the living room watching tv as we wait for Donghae to arrive. Today I have to come up with an excuse to have that call with Yunho. Then tomorrow, I have to see Yunho again.
Eunhyuk moves closer to me and puts his arm around my shoulders. I jump a little at his action and whip my head towards him. I glance at his arm and then at his face, which is really close. I scoot away from him and press my lips into a thin line.
"Why did you do that?" I wonder.
"You seemed tense and I thought I could help you become a little bit more relaxed," he says.
I nod. "Oh. Is Donghae almost here?" I wonder.
Eunhyuk checks his phone. "He left a few minutes ago, he'll be here in about ten-ish minutes."
"Okay." I turn away from him and stare at the adjacent wall. I look at the colorful picture on bland wall. I feel my face burning up from that small interaction.
Eunhyuk chuckles and moves closer to me. His breath tickles the back of my neck. "Byunghee," he whispers.
I freeze up at how close Eunhyuk is to me. "Yes."
"Do you remember our kiss the night before the auction?"
I nod my head.
"It's been a while since that kiss and I have been wondering something."
'He's going to ask me if I like him.'
"How do you feel about that kiss?" He wonders.
My heart skips a beat just thinking about the kiss. Eunhyuk turns my head and stares into my eyes. I don't know what to say. I know that I like him as a friend, but I also could like him more than a friend. Eunhyuk somehow always manages to make my heart feel like it's going to implode and create a black hole.
Eunhyuk slowly closes the distances between our lips, but before anything could occur, the door opens. I push Eunhyuk away from me, get up from the couch and go out to greet Donghae.
"You made it!" I shout.
"Did something hap-"
"Let's leave now!" I grab everything I need and head out to my car. A few moments later, Donghae and Eunhyuk exit my house and get into my car.
We arrive to the company and head up to my office. The two boys sit in the corner of the office as I work. As I type up an email, I see Donghae get up from his seat and head over towards the door.
"Where are you going?" I ask him.
"To the bathroom. Is that okay? Do you need something?" Donghae asks.
I gulp and shake my head. "No, no. You can leave." I return back to my typing. I glance over to Eunhyuk to make sure that he doesn't come over, but the third time I check he isn't there.
Someone turns my chair all the way around and I'm met face-to-face with Eunhyuk. My heart stops for a moment as we stare into each other's eyes. He smiles at me and tilt his head. I don't know what he's thinking, but I wish he would stop looking at me like that.
"May I help you?" I inquire.
"I would like to finish what we started on the couch," he says. He leans in for a kiss.
I dodge his lips and Eunhyuk ends up kissing my chair. "Eunhyuk," I say. "I think for right now we shouldn't progress any further in our relationship."
"So, you like me as well?" He removes his face from my black leather chair and stares at me.
"Well, I'm not sure about that because I have been pretty emotional trying to get Chaerin back."
