Sold and bought, like cattle
Separated, all alone
Mistreated and abused
Taken away from their homes
Considered lower than the rest
Not allowed to eat
In places not meant for them
There wasn't a treat
Now, we say, all is well
Everything is done
But, still, children are
Being out at the barrel of a gun
