Bill and Beverly had been living together for a few days now. Hanging out with the Loser's Club and together mostly. Bill was done getting ready for bed and laid there trying to sleep. Then he heard something. It sounded like a bit of muffled yelling. He stepped into the hall and heard it again, from Beverly's room. Opening the door, she was moving around, whimpering and crying. "Beverly?!" He said as he shook her awake. Tears still falling. "Bill, 'It!' He's back! My dad too! They are coming. For me!" She wrapped her arms around him and pulled him into the bed. She laid her head on his chest. "T-t-they are gone Bev. They c-c-can't hurt you." He held her close. She hugged him tightly as she cried into his shirt. "Don't go." She whispers. "I-i-i'm not going anywhere..." He started playing with her hair. Bill's touch was soothing Beverly as she drifted back into sleep. Before she went too far and passed out, she gave him a light kiss on the cheek. Where she kissed him burner and his face lit up red. Beverly fell asleep with a smile on her face.

When Bill woke up, he noticed he was awake before her. This was great as he was already having a... 'hard morning' so to say. Quickly hopping out of Beverly's bed as they were spooning all night. He started for the door but someone grabbed his hand. Turning around, Beverly pulled him down and cupped his face with her other hand. Kissing him passionately. Startled and flustered as always, Bill remained motionless. 'When will he get over that.' Beverly said to herself. "Thanks Bill. For last night."
"I-i-i... uh. It's was no p-p-problem. Sorry that w-w-we slept together." He smiled at the end.
"Don't worry about it, Bill. I really liked your company." She winked at him and started to get out of bed. "Still 'happy?'" She said lowly, her back turned to him as she grabbed some new set of clothes. Bill gave a confused look but remembered his... 'tent.' Quickly backing out of the room. Beverly giggled and closed the door so she could change.***
Bill stepped out of the shower and began to dry off. He remembered his plans with The Losers' Club and thought to tell Beverly. Heading over to her room he knocked and she opened up. "Hey, the Losers' w-w-want to meet up at the q-q-quarry, would y-y-you want to go?"
"Sure, let me get into a swimsuit." She closed the door, excited to see them all again. Bill went to change too and met her downstairs with towels and some snacks. "Bill? I don't have my bike anymore."
"That's okay w-w-we can ride Silver t-t-together." They stepped out and Bill got on as she sat further back, clinging to him. He began pedaling off and she rested her head on his back.
Before long, they reached the quarry and saw everyone already at the top waiting to jump. "Hey lovebirds!" Richie yelled as he pushed Eddie off and you could hear faint cursing from down below. "Watch out Eds!" Richie yelled as he jumped down. Mike followed and then Stanley. Beverly kissed Bill and then pulled him along to jump off. They splashed down, re-emerging laughing. Ben looked down at them in disgust. He could feel himself losing his grasp on Beverly if they weren't already together. He soon followed everyone else in jumping down. The whole group started splashing each other and laughing. Richie was still tormenting Eddie with holding him under the water. Bill decided to man up. At least a little bit and when Beverly was a little bit further away from the others, he swam up and slipped his hands around her waist. Bringing her into an embrace. Beverly laughed and turned around, pecking his cheek. As the Losers got out of the water and dried off. Beverly laid our her towel and soaked in the sun, as always. The Losers knew at this point of how Bill felt about Beverly and her to him, so they knew to keep their eyes off. Bill couldn't help but notice Ben's eyes on her. He shifted uneasily and Beverly was watching from underneath her sunglasses. As much as Ben was a great friend and really sweet, she felt that it was obvious something would happen between her and Bill soon and he shouldn't push it with Bill. Standing up she went over to Bill, "I'd really like to go get some food, as in, not potato chips." Bill stood laughing, "Are m-m-my gourmet chips not g-g-good enough for you?" Their fingers laced and they began walking over to Silver. "W-w-we are heading out f-f-for food. See y-y-you at the m-m-movie tonight." They both waved with Ben longingly looking after them.
"S-s-so where do you want t-t-to go?" Bill asked as they rode Silver. "I don't really care. Anywhere will do. Just wanted to get you away from Ben." She teased. Laughing as her head was propped on his shoulder. "W-w-why's that? D-d-did he say something?" Bill said all too quickly. Obviously concerned. "No he didn't but obviously you don't like something he's doing? 'What could it possibly be?'" Laughing even harder. Bill saw what she was doing now but decided to answer truthfully anyway. "He's s-s-still looking at you. The way he always has. It f-f-frustrates me just a little, to see that he is still t-t-trying." The bike stopped and Bill got off, turning to Beverly. "Maybe if I was in something official then he may realize to stop." She gave a toothy grin and looked into his eyes. "W-w-well, maybe then we could... y-y-you know. G-g-go... out." Bill figured she'd say yes but the feeling in his gut told him she'd get angry. "Of course Bill! I've been waiting for ever for you to ask me." She grabbed his face and they began kissing very strongly. Bill quickly broke off the kiss and looked around, red in face. "The Great Bill is nervous?" Beverly teased him as he started laughing. "I-I-I'll go inside and get us food. Are hot d-d-dogs okay?" Only then did Beverly notice the diner. She nodded and Bill went in.
Beverly was waiting for Bill to come out when she heard some bikes coming up behind her. Turning around she saw Ben riding up with Mike. Mike waved Ben off and kept riding when Ben stopped in front of Beverly. "Hey Bev!" He dropped his bike and walked over to her. She waved to him and smiled. "What are you doing here?" She was uneasy at his unexpected visit. "I've been thinking and need to talk to you." He was looking right at her and she was trying not to meet his eyes. "I have to admit something. I knew we would be good friends when I first met you. But what I didn't know is that a crush would develop into something more. I think about you all the time." Ben grabbed her hand and held it gently. "I miss you when I haven't seen you in just one day. You make every bad thing stop mattering to me. Nothing matters when I'm with you." Beverly was very red in the face and didn't know what to say. "Ben... I... there's ... I love you. As I do all the Losers. But, I'm with someone. I'm really sorry." Ben didn't let go and leaned in and planted a kiss on her lips. "B-B-Ben!" Bill stood there with 2 hotdogs. Red in the face. Not the blush that always rises with anything involving Beverly. The anger was what caused the red in his face and eyes. "I did n-n-not just see what I think I-I-I saw." He walked over quickly and set the food on his bike. "Why him, Beverly?" Ben took a few steps back from Bill as he put an arm around Beverly. "Ben... don't do this. We can still all be friends. Just... Bill. He makes me feel things no one has ever made me feel before." She looked at Bill when she said this who was still glaring at Ben. "S-s-she doesn't need to t-t-tell you anything Ben. We-"
"Stuttering Bill?! He can't even get the words out!" Ben yelled. Tears welling in his eyes and he immediately regretted what he said. Bill was struck where it hurt him most. He had no words. 'Even if I could get them out, what would I say?' Bill thought. Beverly stepped in between the two. A hand on Bill's chest. "Stop! We're friends!" Immediately a loud smack was heard in the air and Bill went crashing to the ground. "Hey Losers? What's with all the yelling?" There stood Henry Bowers and his goons at his sides. "Trying to figure out who gets to be on top for Beverly?" The whole gang laughed. Bill rose to his feet, blood dripping from his mouth. Standing in front of Beverly as Ben got onto his bike and pedaled off. Bill turned his back and tried to get Beverly over to his bike but Henry threw him to the ground. His face hit the concrete. Feeling blood rushing from his nose. He heard Beverly yelling and he thought she was shaking him. When his vision came back he saw Henry was shaking him. Yelling violently but his hearing was screwed up. Henry pulled out his knife and started slowly pushing it towards his eye. Smacking it away and kicking Henry away, he turned and scrambled to his feet. Seeing Beverly on his bike, he ran over and hopped on the back. Henry's goons going after them on foot as she biked away. His arms were wrapped around her and he tried to stay awake. His head came crashing to her back and his ears came back to him, to hear Beverly's voice, then it was all black.
