VirGen Corporation is a legal, yet secret organization that has branches all around the world. They train women, who they call Virgos, how to fulfill any man's sexual desire.The main purpose of this organization is to give pleasure to rich men, even women, who has special requests, like: not letting their wife or anyone to know, a one night stand with a virgin, someone who can pretend to be a girlfriend for a week, or just someone to talk to, and so on.

This organization assures the secrecy of the costumer's identity and the safety of their Virgos. They make sure that the Virgos will be in good hands and pledges to keep them safe at all times. If a costumer breaks a rule regarding the Virgo's safety, he/she will face serious consequences. 

Same goes for the Virgos. They are given strict rules and policies regarding their job. One of the most important rule is to never disappoint a client. Hence, if they choose a specific Virgo, the Virgo will be informed and shall oblige to the wishes. If by chance the Virgo refuses to do a given job, she will be given a violation. Receiving three violations will result in automatic termination of contract.  

VirGen is highly critical when they employ women. They have specific standards to look out for in finding a Virgo. The woman has to be willing, healthy, clean of any virus or disease, open-minded, smart or witty, and specially, a virgin. They should only be devirginized by a costumer. Once the Virgo loses her virginity, it will not affect her value but she will be given harder tasks or requests.

In every VirGen branch, they have this ranking system, in which the Virgos are ranked according to their level of credentials. The top 10 Virgos are called Spica. They don't have a specific rank,  but they are acknowledged to have different strengths. Compared to the others, they are treated differently. The higher the rank the greater special treatments and privileges given.
